Welcome Localisation Albania is part of Europe and the Ballkan peninsula, located in the mediterranean bassin. It is bordered by Greece to the south Kosovo and Montenegro to the north, Macedonia to the East and the Adriatic and Jone sea separate Albania from Italy to the West.

History

The first records of the Albanian people as a distinct ethnicity date of the middle ages. Wellcome to Tirana Tirana is the capital and the largest city of Albania. is the centre of the political, economic, and cultural life of the country. Modern Tirana was founded as an Ottoman town in 1614 by Sulejman Bargjini, a local ruler from Mullet. Tirana became Albania’s capital city in 1920 and has a population of 600,000 The city is mostly surrounded by hills, with Dajti Mountain on the east and a slight valley opening on the north-west overlooking the Adriatic Sea in the distance.

Do not Forget The Trainee has a duty to: Send all the relevant information required to the Hosting LC to finalize the match. Keep the Hosting LC updated at least 1 WEEK about confirmation of flight details and visa process.. Attend Trainee Preparation Seminar . Perform all duties and responsibilities required under the respective Job Description and going to work faithfully. Fulfil the internship duration. Duly express any grievances, challenges and complaints to the Hosting LC during the internship.

AIESEC ALBANIA RESPONSIBILITIES Provide the Intern with a Job Description that corresponds with the TN uploaded on myaiesec.net Provide the Intern with a job that does not put the life of the Intern at risk Send all relevant and necessary information and documents to the Intern to finalize the match and also prepare the Intern for the exchange Carry out the Intern Services which include Pick up, Accommodation provision, allocating a companion (friend ) to the Intern and Integration of the Intern into AIESEC through hangouts and activities, either in or out of town. Support and guide the Intern during the internship period. Keep in touch with the Intern and duly passing any relevant information to the Intern before and during the internship. Provide an avenue where the Intern can voice any complaints or grievances with regards to the internship or any other matter related to the Hosting LC
