Important Information

Alcohol Cannot Be Brought Into The Park Or Taken Out

• Buy your refreshments at The Cantina and walk around the park (except the Oasis). The Cantina sells Colorado-made Odell Brewing Company’s special Mountain Fair brew, “Wilderberry, a fruited sour ale featuring acai, guava and elderberry” as well as the Odell IPA, Lagerado, Drum Roll Hazy IPA, Easy Street Wheat and rosé wine. They also serve up local Marble Distillery Vodka Lemonade and Stripped Suerte Margaritas. Delicious Orchards Big B’s Hard Ciders will also be in house and don’t miss the Marble Marys served on Saturday and Sunday mornings!

• IDs and wristbands are required for persons drinking alcohol. All coolers will be inspected at the entrances of the park, and we expect all fairgoers to comply with these regulations.

• NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND CAN BE BROUGHT INTO FAIR

• BICYCLES MUST BE PARKED in the bike corrals at 7th and Weant, Euclid and Weant, the Forest Service parking lot off Weant, or the 7th Street swimming pool area. Failure to comply may result in removal of your bike from the fair confines. Thanks to Aloha Mountain Cyclery for setting up our bike parking!

• PALISADE PEDICAB will be offering rides for fair folk for a suggested donation! Pick Up & Drop Off is located at the Bike Parking & Park Entrance on Weant.

ADA PARKING & RESTROOMS

• ADA Parking, Fair Access and an ADA Restroom are available at the Forest Service parking lot just off of Main Street.

• Additional ADA restrooms are also located near each fair entrance & exit

• ADA Placards must be posted on vehicles or they will be towed.

FIRST AID

• The Carbondale Fire District will once again staff the First-Aid Booth, located to the left of the stage on Euclid Street.

COOL DOWN

• A misting shower will be set up behind the gazebo at the corner of Seventh and Euclid. Fairgoers are invited to cool off throughout the day.

LAWN CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS & SHADE COVERINGS

• A communal shade tent is located next to the Gazebo and is open to everyone with priority given to individuals with physical challenges. Picnic tables are scattered throughout shady spots in the park, specifically in Food Alley!

• Lawn chairs and umbrellas must be low profile and placed in designated spots marked on the map

Set-up is after Friday 3 pm, Sat.+ Sun. 8 am. All items must be taken home at the end of each day so that Green Team can clean up trash. If not removed, items will be placed in Lost & Found at the Info Booth.

Bathrooms

The Sopris Park bathrooms are closed to the public. Lovely porta potties are located outside of the Weant, Euclid and 7th Street portals to the park.

Lost Humans

The Info Booth oversees all lost humans. If you are missing someone, please go there. If you find a lost child, please bring them there. There will be (optional) wristbands available at each park portal for parents to place on their children and write their contact information.

Reminders

NO pets or glass allowed in Sopris Park. Citations from the police will be issued. NO alcohol may be brought into the fair perimeter or taken out of Sopris Park. NO bicycles in Sopris Park. NO smoking of any kind in the fair perimeter. NO weapons of any kind within the fair perimeter. NO soliciting of any kind within the fair perimeter. Individuals engaging in violent, aggressive, indecent or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the fair.

-Compra tus refrescos en La Cantina y pasea por el parque (excepto el Oasis). TIPO A LA FERIA.

LAS BICICLETAS DEBEN ESTACIONARSE en los sitios para bicicletas situados en calle 7 y Weant, Euclid y Weant, en el estacionamiento del Servicio Forestal de Weant, o en el área de la piscina de la calle 7. El incumplimiento puede resultar en el retiro de tu bicicleta de los límites de la feria. Gracias a Aloha Mountain Cyclery por adaptar el estacionamiento para bicicletas.

Palisade PediCab también ofrecerá paseos para la gente de la feria el sábado y el domingo a partir de las 12 pm, con recogida y entrega en el estacionamiento de bicicletas y entrada al parque en Weant.

ESTACIONAMIENTO Y BAÑOS PARA PERSONAS CON DISCAPACIDAD (ADA)

- Estacionamientos ADA, acceso a la feria y un baño ADA estarán disponibles en el estacionamiento del Servicio Forestal justo al lado de Main Street.

- Baños ADA adicionales también se encuentran cerca de cada entrada y salida a la feria.

- Las placas ADA deben colocarse en los vehículos o estos serán remolcados.

PRIMEROS AUXILIOS

- Una vez más personal del distrito de bomberos de Carbondale estará en el puesto de primeros auxilios, junto a la entrada/salida de Euclid Ave.

Rea Para Refrescarse

- Se instalarán rocíos de agua para refrescarse detrás del gazebo en la esquina de la Calle 7 y Euclid. Se invita a los asistentes a la feria a refrescarse durante el día.

SILLAS DE JARDÍN, SOMBRILLAS Y CUBIERTAS PARA SOMBRA

Junto al escenario del Gazebo hay una carpa de sombra comunitaria abierta a todos, con prioridad para las personas con problemas físicos. Hay mesas de picnic repartidas por los lugares sombreados del parque, específicamente en el Food Alley.

- Las sillas de jardín y sombrillas deberán ser de un tamaño discreto y pueden ser colocadas en los lugares señalados en el mapa. El montaje se realizará a partir de las 3 pm del viernes, sábado y domingo a las 8 am.

- Tenemos un espacio marcado para personas con discapacidad física bajo la carpa de sombra pública a la izquierda del escenario.

Ba Os

Los baños del Parque Sopris están cerrados al público. Baños portátiles encantadores están situados fuera de los portales de Weant, Euclid y Calle 7 del parque.

Personas Extraviadas

La caseta de información supervisa a toda persona extraviada. Si has perdido a alguien, dirígete allí. Habrá pulseras disponibles en cada portal del parque para que los padres se las coloquen a sus hijos y escriban su información de contacto. Pulseras de identificación para niños.

Recordatorios

NO se permiten mascotas ni vidrio en el parque Sopris. Se emitirán citaciones de la policía. NO se permite traer alcohol al perímetro de la feria o sacarlo del parque Sopris.

NO se permiten bicicletas en el parque Sopris. NO se permite ningún tipo de cigarrillo en el perímetro de la feria.

NO armas de ningún tipo dentro del perímetro de la feria. NO solicitar dentro del perímetro de la feria. No se tolerarán individuos involucrados en comportamiento violento, agresivo, indecente o perturbador y puede resultar en expulsión.
