20019 GRADUUATE HIGHHLIGHTS Roaring Fork High School students have been honored for their academic achievements in the classroom as well as their authentic accomplishments in their Capstone projects and extracurricular activities. Members of the Class of 2019 have represented RFHS locally, at the state and at the national level. They have traveled the nation and the globe with Model UN and World Travelers. Students have been accepted to major universities throughout the United States and have been awarded millions of dollars in institutional and local Roaring Fork Valley scholarship awards. • They have taken delegations to the MODEL UN CONFERENCE 4 years in row. • They have received hundreds and thousands in scholarships and been accepted to many colleges and universities across the nation. • SOLANA TEITLER was a recipient of the Boettcher ’s Scholaship and will be attending the University of Colorado. • LUX ANDRADE was a recipient of the Daniels’ Fund Scholarship and will be attending Colorado State University.
AIDAN SLOAN was selected First T Team eam All-State in 3A soccer. The BOYS BASKETBALL TEAM made it to the Sweet 16 of the Colorado State Playoffs. The GIRLS BASKETBALL TEAM made it to the round of 32 in the Colorado State Playoffs. The BOYS SOCCER TEAM made it all the way to the state semi-finals. JOE SALINAS was awarded the Glenwood Springs Officials Association Sportsmanship Award for basketball. HANNAH FEDER signed a letter of intent to play lacrosse at Wittenberg University. LIAM LAIRD was named to the All-State Jazz Band and has been accepted in the Berklee College of Music.
