“The fruit of the Spirit is charity, joy, peace, patience, benignity, goodness, longanimity, mildness, faith, modesty, continence, and chastity.” (Galatians 5:22, 23) Charity is the first listed because all the others are driven by charity. If we have charity, we have the other fruits. This booklet describes the many facets of charity and reminds us of their importance to God, to Jesus Christ, to Our Blessed Mother, to the saints, and to us. It highlights specific thoughts upon which we are invited to meditate; but, in its deeper explanations, depending on our own sensitivities, it can ignite ideas and thoughts for each of us to apply to our daily life on our road to salvation.
