The business pivoted online in 2020 and Sharon created The Style Solution 8 week program using her unique skills, combining Personal Style and Personal Development.

Sharon is the only personal stylist in the world combining personal styling and NLP/ QTT (Quantum Thinking Transformation) to help her clients find gentle yet profound and lasting change. During the pandemic, she set up a Facebook Group, Shine with Style, to add value and build a community. There are currently 1,600 members and it is constantly growing. Sharon’s offerings now include The Body Confidence Solution online program, Awaken with Style Membership Live Events, such as Style in The City and Corporate Events. She is also a speaker, coach and success mentor, working with other brands and people such as Derval O’Rourke and Sarah Leather.

Sharon’s #getinthepicture campaign, attracted global attention, when it launched in August 2022.

The campaign encouraged women to stop erasing their history and to start making memories and to post a photo of themselves on social media with the #getinthepicture hashtag.
