Aaron O’Sullivan, 31, established the successful business five years ago. Taking that first step to start his business was a moment he’ll never forget at such a young age. As he grew up sailing and boating in the Bay from a young age, he saw a unique opportunity to create something positive on the water. There was a demand by locals and tourists to learn about Bantry Bay, get an understanding of the famous mussel farming industry, taste the seafood produced in the very waters and so he’s continued to innovate and craft unique guided tours which share all of this with everyone. His business continues to go from strength to strength every year, presenting an increasing range of products to customers. He also continues to work closely with local businesses to collaborate on events and extend the tour offerings which brings extended benefits to local suppliers and also increases visitors to Whiddy Island.
