Introduction to Horticulture Level 4 Full-time or part-time This is an introductory course for beginners who would like to learn about landscaping, aspects of gardening and improve on core skills and personal development. There is the opportunity to visit a range of Horticulture-related venues and to hear from visiting speakers about their experiences in the industry.


NC Gardening & Horticulture Practices Level 5 Full-time or part-time This course builds on the course at Level 4 and includes more specialist learning including Botany, Plant IdentiďŹ cation and Husbandry and the science behind successful cultivation. Students have the opportunity to organise and attend events to showcase their work to potential employers.

NPA Horticulture Level 4 Part-time (half day per week) Learn about plants, landscaping and allotment gardening.

Horticulture Therapy Level 4 & 5 Short Course Therapeutic Horticulture is the use of gardening and plant-based activities to improve patient health and wellbeing.
