How To Know You Are In A Relationship With A Narcissist On the outside of the narcissist can look like an angel but truly there is a demon within. He or she can appear to be the nicest person in the world and do things for you that would seem to say “ I really care about you”, but then you begin to feel your energy is being drained, you are feeling confused, you are doubting yourself and feeling very frustrated.

7 Red flags of a Narcissist: 1.They are self-centered

2. They are controlling and manipulative 3. They “love bomb” you fast in the relationship 4 They cannot take criticism 5. “It's” always your fault 6. They are emotionally unavailable and lack empathy 7. They are grandiose 6

Spring Cleaning Tips In The Corona Virus Era CoronaVirus (COVID-19) is a novel disease that spreads rapidly among close contacts (within about 6 feet) by way of respiratory droplets. Clinical evidence shows that this and other viruses may remain viable for hours to days on surfaces made from a variety of materials. By disinfecting your home, you not only clean dirty surfaces, you also kills germs to prevent the spreading of infections. It is important to remain up to date on confirmed information regarding COVID-19.

Here are a few tips to not only clean your home, but disinfect your home allowing it to remain a safe place for your family.

Things to remember: *Wear disposable gloves. Gloves should be discarded after each cleaning. *As much as possible, an ill person should stay in a specific room and away from other people in their home, following CDC guidelines. To clean and disinfect:

Surfaces • If surfaces are dirty, they should be cleaned using a detergent or soap and water prior to disinfection. To disinfect cleanse with a bleach and water solution. Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces daily in household common areas (tables, chairs, doorknobs, light switches, remotes, handles, desks, toilets, sinks). Apply solution to hard surfaces, counters, and fixtures. Allow to sit a few minutes then wile clean with a paper towel. For soft (porous) surfaces such as carpeted floor, rugs, and drapes, remove visible contamination and clean with appropriate cleaners indicated for use on these surfaces. Meditate Meditation is the act of resting the mind and consciously focusing on a desired object or thought.

Boost Your

Mental Health

In this constantly moving world we must train our minds to slow down. While there are many types and methods of meditation the goal remains the same; increase consciousness and decrease anxiety. Meditation is a great time for prayer &/or affirmations.

Be Good To Yourself Take time out of each day to do something for you. This includes eating well, drinking plenty of water, exercise, and sleeping well. Be good to you and you will be good to others.

Limit Alcohol Consumption Alcohol depresses the Central Nervous System which causes mood fluctuation. It can also numb our emotions.

LAUGH Have you ever had a good laugh after a rough day? I mean yelling out loud, tear falling, belly busting laugh? Did you feel you notice that you felt better afterwards? Having a good laugh is fun, but it is also healthy.

So go ahead… Have a good laugh!!! It’s good for you 17

Stay C.L.E.A.N During Covid-19 Tiffany Wood-Countryman

It is no secret that the Coronavirus also known as COVID-19, has completely interrupted our lifestyles and daily routines. While adhering to the orders that our Government has established during this pandemic {Social Distancing}. Our public entertainment sources, gatherings, emotional outlets, employment, restaurants, self-care establishments, religious experiences, and schools have been stripped from us with no set date of their return. Although, we still have access to Social Media, Video Conference Calling and other communication mediums, there is still an uncertainty of what one should do to stay safe, productive, and occupied during this forced stretch of rest and isolation. I would like to suggest that we

STAY C.L.E.A.N. Covered:

It is imperative that we stay covered during this time. You can stay covered by remaining in the house as much as possible, wearing gloves while in public and washing your hands often. It has also been advised to take off your clothes and shoes as soon as you reenter your home and to shower immediately. We must cover ourselves and one another by adhering to these strict, admittedly inconvenient, guidelines so we may all remain safe and well.

Loaded:

It is important that we stay loaded during this time. We never know when it will be decided for us to go on a full lockdown and when we do, how long it will last. Unfortunately, it is safe to say that, the full lockdown is inevitable. You can stay loaded by making sure that you remain fully stocked on fresh foods, shelfstable snacks, non-perishable foods, medications, cash ($200.00 - $1,000.00), gas and anything else that is a private necessity for you and your household. Although, we should stay loaded, let’s not be greedy. We are all in this together and will need each other to survive.

Entertained and Engaged:

Say this with me, ‘TURN OFF THE NEWS!’ Yes, turn off the news. Too much negative and hopeless information can increase our anxiety, causing panic attacks and could lead to depression. Let us not waste time worrying and complaining. Instead, let us stay entertained and engaged. Enjoy this time and receive the blessing in disguise 22

Anointed:

Pray! Pray! Pray! We all have complete access to the one who does have control, and His name is Jesus. Stay in-tune and ahead of the curve by simplY communing with God. Not only will he reveal some secrets to you, but He will also keep you calm during this storm. Take rest in accepting that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, this includes viruses as well.

Near:

If this pandemic hasn’t taught us anything else, it has taught us that life can shift on us without any warning or proper preparation. Become and stay near to those that matter the most. Check in on your loved ones and your ‘strong’ friends. Check-in on the church mothers or the seasoned workers from your job. Communicate and stay vulnerable. This is not the time to allow the independent mindset to rule your emotions and decisions. Reach out to others and allow others to reach out to you. It is going to take the concept of community to survive this and come out stronger than before. Hopefully, this crisis will help us to remain connected, even after it is all over. If we all commit to staying covered, loaded, entertained & engaged, anointed and near, I believe that we will survive this mentally and emotionally! The greatest fight is not allowing our mind to be the devils playground. Refuse to allow boredom to be the vehicle that halts your personal and professional progress. You were amazing before this and you will still be amazing after this. Be encouraged, remain well and STAY CLEAN during COVID-19. 23

Budgeting Tips There is no secret or easy fix to budgeting. Achieving financial security in these difficult times requires sacrifice and self-discipline. You can’t put a price on the peace of mind that comes with knowing that you can provide for yourself and your family.

Here are a few tips to managing your budget during difficult times: Get Serious Many times we say we want to get our finances in order, but we don’t want to do the work that comes along with planning and record keeping. In times of crisis we must buckle down and do the uncomfortable in order to assure the wellbeing of our family and community.

Record Everything This is where the work begins. In order to create or maintain financial wellbeing we must collect data. This means writing down every outgoing funds (expenses), as well as, all funds coming in (Income). The most important and can be the most difficult is recording all the small non-essential transactions. Keeping a financial daily diary or scheduling time at the end of each day may help.

Cut The Extra & Save After you have collected data on your financial habits with record keeping now create a budge. Look for ways to save by decreasing or removing all possible luxury expenses. *Even if saving a small amount of money may seem insignificant, it will add up in the long run. That $4 mocha latte you have three times a week adds up to a whopping $624 in one year! 24
