Balancathon 2021 - Edel Mitchell: I held my first Touch for Health 1 class on Saturday 25th September unknowingly at the time of booking it that it was world balancathon day!! I had 8 great ladies come join the course and by 12.55pm they had just finished their first ever 14 muscle balance which was really cool 8 new people now trained in 14 muscle balance!!
