Quick Lock Brackets Quick Lock makes the installation of C/S handrails a simple, clean process that can be accomplished in occupied areas. Quick Lock also allows you to preassemble the retainer, cover and end caps “off site,” resulting in minimal downtime.

With Quick Lock there’s no need to drill holes in the retainer and no struggling with component alignment. And if the handrail needs to be taken down to paint or repair, it is as easy as just twisting the bracket a half turn to remove.

In order to plan your Acrovyn Wall Panel project to meet both your aesthetic and budgetary needs, please use the following criteria:

1 Choose Your Panel Type (choose from the selection chart on pages 50 and 51) Cost factor: Consult one of our wall panel project managers at 800-233-8493 early in the process to help guide you to which Acrovyn wall panel system is right for you.

2 Choose Your Mounting System

3 Design Your Panel and Joint Pattern (sizes, shapes, joints) This is where you can have the most impact on the cost of your panel project. Simply put, the more different sizes and shapes your project calls for, the more factory fabrication will be required, resulting in a higher cost. Note: To achieve a “molding free” look on a tighter budget, limit the number of panel sizes to a maximum of five. Cut panels only in corners and at terminations, and use moldings as necessary.

Demountable Z-Clip

Acrovyn Beveled Edge wall panels can be installed permanently with construction adhesive or on a demountable Z-Clip system. Each system can give you the same visual appearance. The demountable Z-Clip system allows you to remove or replace a panel without any repair work to the wall behind it. The demountable Z-Clip system works with all C/S panel systems except the Acrovyn Square Edge Panel. The demountable panel system adds approximately 15% to the cost of a typical panel project.

Choose from butt joints with color-matched sealants, recessed moldings or contrasting reveals.
