I enjoyed working with other musicians and making new friends, some of whom I believe I’ll retain for a lifetime.

Rohan’s commitment to growth, both inside and outside the classroom, was evident through his cocurricular involvement during his time at St Paul’s. In his final year at school, he played a prominent role as a performer in the Secondary School musical Annie. During this period, he effectively employed strong time management and organisational skills to balance the demands of both the production and his academic responsibilities.

A significant highlight for Rohan was the partnership with the University of Sydney’s Faculty of Medicine and Health and St Paul’s. Their High School Outreach Programme offered students like Rohan the opportunity to explore their interests in medicine and health through practical and unique learning experiences.

Rohan attributes his academic accomplishment to consistent communication and collaboration with his peers and teachers during class time. Engaging in conversations about topics he was unfamiliar with helped build his understanding and confidence in those areas. This not only benefited his own learning but also benefited those students engaging with him.

Rohan’s current focus is on pursuing further studies in chemical engineering at university level.
