DYNATEK From the beginning Cicli Dynatek has always had one goal: to go beyond excellence. The new department DYNALAB (DYNATEK research lab) is the result of this constant will. This to improve frame stiffness. 2001 Legend, monocoque carbon frame, completely manufactured in Italy. 2003 Morphos the first carbon frame, with design application. 2005 Sharkfin the carbon frame which opened a way in the frame manufacture, technology, design and fibres differentiation. The frame was requested by Taipei Show for the Show of Innovations. 2009 Shark the evolution of Sharkfin. 2012 Delirio the frame realized with the new mould system (core mould), it’s the first frame ever to use different fibers to optimize all features. It’s the first frame which offers the possibility to assemble electromechanical groups, with a special housing of battery and cables inside the frame. The first and only: DELIRIO !

Questa e’ la strada che la Cicli Dynatek ha tracciato fin dall’inizio. La creazione del reparto DYNALAB (laboratorio di ricerca DYNATEK) e’ il risultato della volonta’ di perseguire l’obiettivo. DYNALAB : disegno, ricerca dei materiali, realizzazione grafica, test di sicurezza, conformita’ del prodotto, per poi proseguire, con l’aiuto delle Squadre Corse, nel miglioramento, di un prodotto gia’ eccellente. “Non fermarsi mai”, questa e’ la filosofia dello Staff impegnato nei laboratori DYNALAB .Tutto questo si puo’ vedere con i telai realizzati fino ad oggi: 1999 Gotha primo telaio ad avere il posterione orizzontale in un unico pezzo in CNC ricavato, da un blocco di alluminio di 12 kg che migliorava lo stiffness. 2001 Legend, telaio in carbonio monoscocca realizzato completamente in Italia. 2003 Morphos il primo telaio in carbonio con design applicato. 2005 Sharkfin il telaio in carbonio che ha segnato la strada per costruzione di telai, tecnologia, design e differenziazione delle fibre (telaio richiesto dall’Ente Fiera di Taipei per esporlo nel Salone delle Innovazioni). 2009 Shark l’evoluzione dello Sharkfin. 2012 Delirio innovazione nel sistema di stampaggio (Core Mould), primo telaio ad utilizzare diverse fibre per ottimizzare tutte le caratteristiche, primo a predisporre il telaio per il montaggio dei gruppi elettromeccanici, con alloggiamento batteria e cavi all’interno del telaio. The Carbon fiber used on “Delirio” project comes from the Japanese Company “Toray”, which is a leading Company in the production of carbon filament. For this project we chose the “core mould” technology, with double mould (inside and outside), which was successfully tested on other frames of our range. Thanks to this system we can use different fibers and get different tensile modulus, and can keep all the neuralgic points clean, with no air bubbles. When the structure areas are different the frame can be more reactive and comfortable. The following result is: 1 - Stiffness improvement 2 - Stability and good insertion with bends 3 - Reactivity in the jerk The frame is designed to permit the assembly of mechanical and electro/mechanical groups, all to be hidden by a special housing inside the frame. The new seat post offers the possibility to make the bio-position with the invisible fastening. The best in technology and design to make a unique frame.

La fibra di carbonio utilizzata per la realizzazione del progetto “Delirio“ proviene dalla ditta giapponese “Toray“ azienda leader per i filati in carbonio. Si e’ deciso di utilizzare la tecnologia “core mould” con doppio stampo interno ed esterno gia’ sperimentata con successo per altri telai di nostra produzione che ci ha permesso l’utilizzo di diverse fibre, ottenendo moduli elastici diversi, mantenendo puliti e privi di bolle d’aria i punti nevralgici. Differenziare le varie zone della struttura rende piu’ reattivo e confortevole il telaio. Risultato: 1 - Miglioramento dello stiffness 2 - Stabilita’ e inserimento nelle curve 3 - Reattivita’ nello scatto Il telaio e’ predisposto per il montaggio dei gruppi meccanici e elettromeccanici tutto a scomparsa avendo dgli appositi alloggiamenti all’interno del telaio. Nuovo e’ il reggisella con la possibilita’ di fare la bio posizione con la chiusura invisibile. Tutto il meglio di tecnologia e design per realizzare un telaio unico.

Il modello Secret ha un telaio aerodinamico, molto reattivo e adatto ai circuiti e al triathlon. I freni sono alloggiati in uno scomparto speciale per dare un migliore cx. Anche la forcella è speciale ,per irrigidire l’ avancorsa. Inoltre il reggisella è regolabile in varie altezze per una migliore bio posizione.
The Secret model has an aerodynamic frame, very responsive and suitable for circuits and triathlon. The brakes are lodged in a special compartment for giving a better cx. The fork is special, to rigidify the Front wheel trail. Also seat is adjustable to different heights for better bio position.
