CREATIVE ARTS CONTEST
General Rules - Creative Arts
» All entries in the Creative Arts contests will follow these general rules. Each contest also has its own set of rules and guidelines.
» Contestants will compete for First, Second, and Third place recognition in four age divisions:
Kindergarten through 2nd Grade
3rd through 5th Grade
6th through 8th Grade
9th through 12th Grade
» Entries in the Creative Arts contests must be appropriate for family viewing. Entries including, displaying, and/or featuring alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or vulgarity will be disqualified and will forfeit any participation award.
» Entries must be the work of the contestant and must have been completed after August 1, 2022.
» Entries that contain edible components are prohibited except for the Dessert - Bar Cookies contest.
» Entries that are soiled, damaged, broken, or incomplete will not be accepted.
» Entry must be completely dry.
» Entry Energy Source - If your Creative Arts entry requires electrical power of any kind, you will be required to provide an energy source. The energy source must be battery-operated. (No gas generators or electrical cords will be allowed.)
» Entry Size - All Creative Arts entries - unless otherwise specified in the specific contestsmust fit in a space of 36 inches (width) by 36 inches (length) by 36 inches (height) and should weigh no more than 25 pounds.
