David and Helen new owners of, The Shuntin’ Shed is full steam ahead to becoming one of the most popular restaurants in the area.
The ambience of the corrugated iron, beautiful wood furnishing with yesterday style train seats covered, yes you guessed it, with emerald green leatherette, lavishly decorated with railway mementos from days gone by, struck a massive cord with us.
We were received with genuine friendliness and were made to feel at home. One of these days we can expect the passenger train to make a stop once again at the Bot River Station. This is one place where you won’t mind if the train is late.... even for a few hours! It will allow you to experience some of the best country delicacies which has been freshly prepared especially for you.
The menu is surprisingly comprehensive with inter alia Pizza, Pita, and kiddies menu together with soft drinks and a large selection of local wine. We were served with two different Pizzas Runaway Train and Trans Karoo. Bacon, feta and avocado and a butternut sundried tomato, cheese, garnished with rocket and their 180g Pimped up Burger. The pizza had a crispy thin base, baked to perfection and more than enough toppings. Gluten free bases are also available. Best home-made patty I have had in a long time, with caramelised unions, avocado, bacon, cheese, fresh tomato and a generous topping of greens served with a generous serving of hand cut potato fries and a chutney side dish. A splendid Pavlova with amazing fresh berries and fruit served with a dollop of cream and ice cream topped our meal. What a feast was held by all!! Truly a very, very pleasant experience at a very reasonable price. Superb preparation and presentation served by eager to please personnel.

Beter Afrikaans is ʼn gratis webdiens waar Afrikaanssprekendes, jonk en oud, in ʼn japtrap meer kan leer oor kwellende taalvrae. Die doel van hierdie diens is om op ʼn interaktiewe manier die spel- en skryfreëls van Afrikaans aan gebruikers te bied. “Ons lewe in ʼn tyd van 140-karaktertekste, inligting moet bondig aangebied word. Aksies moet naatloos op ʼn selfoon of tablet uitgevoer kan word. Beter Afrikaans is op dié mark gerig,” vertel Van Huyssteen. Die webdiens werk op ʼn eenvoudige, doeltreffende manier. As ʼn persoon geregistreer het op die webwerf, kan die persoon elke weeksdag ʼn e-pos met ʼn hiperskakel ontvang (of die persoon kan elke dag self na die webwerf gaan). Dit neem minder as twee minute om die speltoets te voltooi – hetsy op ʼn rekenaar, tablet of selfoon. Die speltoets bestaan uit vier veelkeusevrae en sodra die vrae beantwoord is, ontvang die gebruiker onmiddellik ʼn eensinbespreking oor die korrekte antwoorde. Indien die gebruiker meer wil leer oor die korrekte antwoord, is daar meer omvattende verduidelikings op die webwerf beskikbaar. homonieme, idiome, intensiewe vorme en nog baie meer word gedek. Die veelkeusevrae is op drie moeilikheidsvlakke ingedeel: maklik, gemiddeld of moeilik. Vrae soos die volgende help mense om nie net hulle spelvermoë te verbeter nie, maar ook hulle algemene kennis: 1. Wat is die naam van die hoofstad van die Oos-Kaap? (1) vleis; (2) koek; (3) tert; (4) pap Die gebruiker se uitslae word gestoor, sodat die gebruikers hulle uitslae met mekaar kan vergelyk. Gebruikers kan ook hulle uitslae op Twitter met ander gebruikers deel.
“Spelling en taal word dikwels deur (jong) mense gesien as muf en stowwerig. Met Beter Afrikaans wil ons probeer om spelling deel van ʼn mens se daaglikse roetine te maak: terwyl jy ontbyt eet, op pad skool toe is, of in die Gautrain ry,” verduidelik Van Huyssteen. Onderwysers kan Beter Afrikaans maklik in die klaskamer gebruik, veral in situasies waar leerders hulle eie selfone of tablette het. Skop elke dag af met ʼn Beter Afrikaans-sessie waar leerders teen mekaar meeding. Tipiese foute kan dien as ʼn aanknopingspunt vir ʼn klasbespreking. ʼn App word vir die toekoms beplan, terwyl die ontwikkeling van ʼn soortgelyke diens vir wiskunde (Beter Wiskunde en Better Maths) ʼn aanvang sal neem. As alles glad verloop is Engels (Now Better English) ook in die pyplyn, en selfs ander Suid-Afrikaanse tale sou oorweeg kon word. Beter Afrikaans is ontwikkel in samewerking met ʼn soortgelyke webdiens vir Nederlands, Beter Spellen (www.beterspellen.nl). Time for COMMUNITY
uring the month of Love Romance and Roses we will probably be using more candles than usual. Not just because of romantic candlelit dinners with our loved ones on the 14th , but also courtesy of ESKOM – with blackouts on the cards we might as well (dare I say it) look on the bright side. No electricity means no TV, no unflattering overhead lighting… What to do? What to do? Keep some tinned delicacies on hand, (maybe you still have a stash left over from 1994?) tons of chocolate and of course enough scented candles (not smelly candles as I’ve heard someone call them), pop a bottle of red wine and thanks to Eskom yet another romantic evening could follow (everyone looks ten years younger by candlelight and after two bottles of wine no one really cares what the other person looks like). Of course you will probably be punished with a massive hangover in the morning. Yet another complaint we can lodge against the power utility. Or we could decide NOT to blame everything on ESKOM, Apartheid or the ailing Rand… But before I go into the advantages of load shedding… Can someone PLEASE explain to me how Brent Crude oil can cost 50 dollars a barrel and yet we’re still paying more than R11 for a litre of petrol, travelling costs haven’t dropped… Couriers are becoming more expensive? I may not be a mathematical genius, but I conclude that it can simply be attributed to greed… Okay, enough with the sermon, Helene. By now, dear regular reader, you should know that I do not preach… well, only a little and only when the moaner/whiner in question deserves it…. Therefore: Back to load shedding. Of another kind. Let’s talk about the obvious one. Diets and losing weight… That kind of load shedding is good for your health and the heart and seeing as this is the month of Valentine’s and Hearts, let’s briefly discuss another interesting phenomenon which happens this time of the year: Man gives woman a huge box of chocolates. The 2000 calories per bite kind of chocolate. Mmmm. Decadent. Divine. There’s another gift. A small little parcel. Beautifully wrapped… Could it be…? Be still my beating heart… Thump, thump, thump… What?! He’s giving me a pair of sexy undies two sizes too small? What is he saying? I’m too fat? Why is he giving me chocolates then? Were the undies meant for another woman? Little tip here gentlemen, be VERY sure of your lady’s measurements before you venture into the dangerous world of buying underwear… Because if the undies are too big, you are also in trouble… You will be begging ESKOM to load shed when she discovers a sensible pair of granny pants and a sports bra… Stick to the standard flowers, chocolates, anything heart shaped and a romantic card… and you should be fine. The hardest kind of load shedding is load-
shedding of the mind. Unlike Eskom we can’t merely flick a switch. Many of us carry with us the burden of Guilt for example. Guilt for not being the best parent, for not living up to my potential, guilt because you were born in the Apartheid era… the list goes on… Here’s the good news. Dump it. Shed it. Bury it. It’s over. Done. Past. Nothing in the present can change the past. Learn the lesson, do not repeat the same mistake and move on. Sounds so simple, doesn’t it? Every time you sit in the dark and want to curse the incompetents who are behind the power mess, take a deep breath and think of what else in your life you can shed. Someone who cheated you perhaps, or stole your money, your heart, your partner? Someone who hurt you in the past, someone you resent? LET IT GO. Harbouring ill feelings, feelings of hatred and jealousy only make you sick. The object of your hatred is usually blissfully unaware… The only person who is suffering is you…. Last year I ended up in a position where I had been before – several times. I’d always vowed that never again would I be so stupid but yet, I walked into the trap – eyes wide open. Thinking, this time it will be different. Guess what? It wasn’t different. I ended up with the same feelings of intense resentment… Revenge kept me going for a while… and then mercifully… I let it go… And now I’m weightless… No burden, no feelings of anger… I’m left with a feeling of mild curiosity about the whole saga… And I’m coming up with another TV series loosely based on my experience… and suddenly I have enough energy to power up Medupi… Seriously. We are so not going to allow this load-shedding thing to get us down. South Africans are notoriously industrious… We’re coming up with amazing alternatives as I write this. So your computer doesn’t work? Take the dogs for a walk? Take yourself for a walk. Look at the sea and marvel at all that unharnessed power… Let your imagination run riot. If you know in advance that there won’t be any power between 2 and 5pm, finish all your work before then. We can all be more productive… If you happen to be in a position where you or your business can’t function without power, use that extra time to write a letter to someone you haven’t contacted in a long time. Yes, by hand. You don’t need Eskom for that. Take up a craft that takes time. Feel the satisfaction of completing a project instead of wishing the time to pass until the power comes back on. A couple of years ago I was criticized by a city slicker for writing out all our receipts by hand. He couldn’t understand how I could run a business without a scanner. I have one of those tills that you work by hand, and yes you get a handwritten receipt with a beautiful handcrafted Amulet stamp, it’s part of the unique character of my Happy place. Awesomeness is not mass-produced. Magic isn’t run by electric power… Take a load off… and shed… It could be the highlight of your life.

One of my favourites was a patient whose husband was not a man of many words and was usually less than complimentary. However, following a session of liquid fillers she told me with great pride that she can see now how her husband’s eyes follow her around the room and he looks at her in a new way that she hasn’t felt in years.
A new study by Good Surgeon Guide asked a group of women which cosmetic treatment they would like to receive as a gift. WHAT YOUR LASER THERAPIST CAN OFFER YOU? -Lindi Prinsloo Meet Jane… She is 58 years old, dresses youthfully, is a fun person, and still a career woman, but like a lot of women she’d reached an age where she never felt that she looked her best. What concerned her most was the dark pigmentation around her eyes and the sun damage on her cheeks. Her skin had also lost its firmness, and felt that it had developed a creepiness under her eyes and jawline. Desperate to correct the problem, she often found herself reading about laser treatments. Then she hit on an article about the Palomar Starlux Non-Ablative Fractionated Laser, which uses light to “drill” microscopic “holes” into the skin. This encourages it to produce more collagen, which makes it firmer and more even. The technique felt less invasive than other treatments, she mentioned. After consulting with me at the clinic, we decided to opt for 3 treatments every 6 weeks, using our new technology, upgraded Palomar Starlux Laser. The Lux 1540 is more powerful than other lasers of its kind, delivering greater energy per micro-beam (up to 100 MJ) and a greater depth of penetration (up to 1 mm) than other competing devices. This can promote a more significant response in the skin, with more effective and longer lasting results. Treating scarring, pigmentation, stretch marks, skin laxity, lines and wrinkles.
Another patient, who married her sweetheart, after 40 years of being together; begged me to perform the “one stitch lift” on her. It’s not a face lift I argued. At 75 years old, and having never had plastic surgery; how could I manage to get the patient to realize that it would be difficult to turn back time significantly without surgery. But my patient was adamant, she had heart problems which ruled out surgery and at 75 years old; she would not go there. She insisted that she wanted to look pretty and sexy for her “new” husband. After much discussion and debate, I reluctantly agreed to begin the process of rejuvenation. We had 2 sessions, the first session we inserted the Silhouette Soft Thread in the mid-cheek area. At the second session we touched up with fillers. The idea of the thread is to create actual lift without incisions. It is a 30 minute procedure. The thread is made of material used to make heart valves and it stimulates your own collagen to stick to; and over 18 months dissolve the thin thread which lies just below the skin’s surface. After that, the patient is left with their own “thread” of collagen holding up skin. Some doctors report that the lifting effect lasts 3-5 years. This of course, also depends on the patient’s own biological clock. The thread below the surface of the skin has cones on it. These cones are what keep the skin lifted. The procedure is done in office under a dot of local anaesthetic, injected into 3 points on the skin. There usually is no pain during the procedure and my patient chatted and laughed with me through out. I have to say, I was gob-smacked at the results in her. I had done many of these procedures with good results, but to see the difference it made to this 75 year old lady’s face was unbelievably exciting. She is seeing her husband who has been away for a while, soon and I can’t wait to hear from her what he said about her new “sexier” self. I’ve learnt an important lesson as an aesthetic doctor, that there is no age ceiling to aesthetic enhancement and to strive to keep a relationship “hot and happening” even after 40 years.
I could see that Jane’s skin concern, had a big impact on how she felt about herself, her work and her social life. After treatment, Jane would experience a mild sunburn sensation for about an hour and then minimal discomfort. The skin will have a pinkish tone for 2-3 days. This is a normal sign that the skin is healing and recovering. Mild swelling is common as well as flaking and bronzing, which are part of the normal process of skin repair. Some patients are able to return to routine activities the same day. Over the following weeks and months, the body repairs the deeper dermal tissues that have been affected by the Palomar LUX 1540 treatment, producing even longer beneficial changes. Jane said she knew the treatment was really working when, after 4 weeks, a regular customer who hadn't seen her for a while said: 'Wow, there's something different about you. You look great.'

The recipe I am about to share, is an adult rendition, using pineapple - and is a cinch to make, and even easier to eat. If you want to serve it in glasses with rims dipped in sugar, by all means do. But it is so good that, even as someone who is not a committed ice cream eater and no kind of drinker, I find I can spoon it straight into my mouth from the container it's chilled in. What I love most about being able to make my own ice cream is that I am in total control of what goes into it. So, if I am making ice cream for the kids - I whip it up with Xylitol & ripe bananas for sweetness and then add the cream. If however, I am making an adult treat I may add in an alcoholic tipple of my choosing.

Connel developed an interest in cooking at a very young age. His grandparents, Peter and Sheila Musson, owned the Bayview Hotel in Hermanus and, as a youngster, Connel helped his grandfather, who trained as a chef in Switzerland, in the hotel kitchen. Connel studied at Warwick’s Chef School and then worked overseas at the luxury Red Carnation Hotel Group in London. He came back to South Africa in 2004 and worked as a chef in Sandton. Most recently, he worked as Head Chef at Paradiso Restaurant and at Warwick’s Chef School as a Junior Instructor. Sometimes there is a place or an event that is so magical that it stays with you for years to come. An experience which you compare all other events to, and which you want to tell everybody about and I was privileged to be part of such an event. My good friend, Martie van der Linde's son got married on one of the most glorious days in the Overstrand over this festive season. Martie is a formidable woman - parties and events are to her just everyday run of the mill because that’s what she does best as events manager for a large institution for many years. Each event carries her stamp of enthusiasm and flair.
This event and brainchild however was very special to her, because it was her youngest son Jaco and his beautiful bride, Melanie's wedding. So, the pressure is on to produce a heartwarming family affair with flair! And as our good friend Katinka Heyns, famous South African director, would say, “So our Movie begins”.

In ‘n melkhoutbos in die middel van Onrus is wit stoele gedrapeer met groen ivy en langsteel rose is in die bome gehang (om later te dien as konfetti). Druiwemandjies met bont tuinblomme het prentjiemooi oral rondgestaan, en die blarevloer van die bos is ingekleur met roosblare en laventel. Die straatjies is versier met vlaggies en linte en vir ‘n oomblik kon ons enige plek in Europa gewees het, of in ‘n klein Franse dorpie. Dis moeilik en byna onmoontlik om die wonderlike romantiese toneeltjie te beskryf. Ek volstaan met woorde soos verruklik en beeldskoon. Deur elemente te gebruik wat reeds daar was en te kombineer met Martie se verbeelding, is ‘n towerwêreld van romanse geskep.

Later, the wedding guests paraded through the narrow streets as the sun set on yet another perfect day. Some of us who gave up on romance long ago, started believing in love again.
Milkwood Restaurant on the Onrus beach was the scene for the reception and covered with a white tent and draped in soft white fabric, stringed with ivy and fairy lights. Wooden tables were loaded with flowers and candles, which wassetting the mood for the dance - the floor, scattered with rose petals. Laughter, music, happiness and romance went on till late into the night. For everyone who took part, it was a story to remember…. Ps. Martie has made Onrusriver her permanent home and how lucky are we to have a world-class event and wedding planner on our doorstep? Happy Valentine

The sea has no mercy
T
he choppy, unpredictable sea showed pilots no mercy during the 27th Trans Agulhas, with more than a dozen floor boards breaking in half, engines ceasing and bladder sacks bursting. Add to that the physical injuries many of the participants suffered, and it’s evident this year’s race, was as tough as ever. There’s a reason the Trans Agulhas Inflatable Boat Challenge is called “the world’s toughest and longest inflatable boat race in the world”. On December 28 last year, 34 boats lined up for the start of the 2014/15 Trans Agulhas in Plettenberg Bay. More than 650km later, the race ended on New Year’s Day in Strand, where thousands of holidaymakers welcomed the teams at the finish line. Of the 34 boats that started the race, only 26 made it to Strand. It was a sweet victory for Team Nulandis/Pomula who, after 12 years of participating in the Trans Agulhas, was crowned as the champions of the 2014/15 race. Stefan Lindique and Tony Ingram, who won the race in a time of 9:51:58, were over the moon with the result. “I’ve won my class (professional) in the past, but I’ve never managed to win the overall title. I’m so chuffed,” said Stefan after the race. What makes the win even more memorable, is the fact that Stefan and Tony beat teams competing in the faster class (for modified boats). “Most of the time a modified boat wins the overall, but not this year,” said Stefan with a proud smile. Stefan and Tony had a close call on the final stage of the race. They hoped the 131km stretch from Gansbaai to Strand would be calm and uneventful, but they also knew that power boating beyond the waves was never really “calm and uneventful”. But 10km near Cape Hangklip their endurance was tested to the limits – this after they completed 188km on day one, 86km on day two, 161km on day three and 111km on day four. “The stretch from Gansbaai to Strand is usually flat, but that day it was really challenging. The pounding water was extremely rough. After five days, 10km of pounding was the last thing we wanted,” said Stefan. But they kept going, aching bodies temporarily set aside, and raced to the finish line where they were crowned victors. In the second place overall was the team of Wade Ball and Bobby Shaw (sponsored by Landrover Cape Town, PH Plant Hire, Wizzard Marine and Slendid Transport) in a time of 9:52:44. They also won the modified class. Of the 34 teams, 11 were first-time entrants. While the veterans of the sport don’t mind giving advice, there is only one way to learn to tame the Trans Agulhas – by taking part. “It was an incredible experience. We’ll definitely be back next year,” said pilot Jacques Mostert, who competed with his brother Jean-Pierre. The brothers, racing for Team Liquorland, went on to win the novice class. If they do compete again next year, they’ll move up to the standard class. The top three teams in every class were: - Novice: Liquorland (Jacques Mostert, Jean-Pierre Mostert) 11:35:28; Strandfoam (Johan Niemand, Arno du Toit) 11:47:07; Liquorland (Gordon Meyer, Danie Otto) 11:47:37 - Standard: Valumax (Peter Groenenstein, Nichol Parr) 10:18:40; Albertinia Meubelvervoer (Pierre and Philip Naude) 10:30:08; Four Cousins Fiver (Jacques Matthee, Japie Swart) 10:37:30 - Professional: Nulandis/Pomula (Stefan Lindique, Tony Ingram) 9:51:56; Imperial Cargo (Wimpie Ackermann, Whitey Louw) 10:26:50; Clemen Gold (Des Potgieter, Ruan van Tonder) 10:46:35 - Modified: Landrover CPT (Wade Ball, Bobby Shaw) 9:52:44; Wingfield/Bok Radio/ Gemini (Johan Lodewyks, Flip Schoeman) 9:58:11; Robertson Farm Assured Meat (Eben de Bod, Gerhard Fernhout) 10:34:17. * Due to a lack of a headline sponsor, this could be the last time this legendary race took place. The Agulhas Inflatable Boat Club (AIBC), organisers of the event, said they are considering cancelling the race. According to Stian Cloete of the club, to host a race such as the Trans Agulhas is not only costly, but also labour intensive. Without the financial support from major sponsors, it is becoming increasingly difficult to host the race.
Stages of the Trans Agulhas: Stage one: Hobie beach in Plettenberg Bay to Santos beach in Mossel Bay. Beach checkpoints at Nature’s Valley, The Waves, Brenton-on-Sea, Swartvlei, Wilderness, Glentana, Great Brak River and Little Brak River. Distance: 188.5km. Stage two: Mossel Bay to Stilbaai. Beach checkpoints at Vleesbaai and Gouritz River Mouth. Distance: 86km. Stage three: Stilbaai to Struisbaai. Beach checkpoints at Witsand and Arniston. Distance: 161kms Stage three: Night race in Struisbaai Stage four: Struisbaai to Gansbaai. Checkpoints at Die Damme, Pearly Beach and Uilenkraalsmond. Distance: 87km Stage five: Uilenkraalsmond to Gansbaai. Distance: 24km Stage six: Gansbaai to Strand. Checkpoints at Onrus beach, Kleinmond, Pringle Bay and Gordon’s Bay. Distance: 131km

Dis die 14de Februarie en ek wil rose strooi oor Lezan se pad. ʼn Bietjie fynbos heuning, ʼn halwe koppie bulgaarse jogurt, ʼn koppie lemoensap, ʼn halwe groen appel, ʼn eetlepel sonneblom saad, ʼn eetlepel rou gerolde hawermout en sie daar. Eksieperfeksie. Superkos dink ek. Nie n wettige definisie nie, maar daarna wel n superdag. Die bessiebedryf het tienvoudig vermeerder oor die laaste vyf jaar. Tagtig persent daarvan vir die noordelike halfrond. Die Bessie se definisie is ʼn vrug met baie sade wat regdeur die vlesige binneste van die vrug versprei is. Die Aarbei, Braam of Framboos, beantwoord nie een van hierdie beskrywings nie, maar wel die druif, waatlemoen, piesang en tamatie wat vir ons bekend staan as vrugte. Bessies vries uitstekend. Die gaarmaak daarvan vernietig groot hoeveelhede vitamiene C. Selfs as bessies gesny word kan die vitamiene vlakke daal. Die mooi name trek onmiddelik my aandag. Rooibosbessie, vlierbessie, bloubessie, aarbei, braambessies, framboos, aalbessie en ook pompelmoertjie, beter bekend as appelliefie. Bessies is so spesiaal weens ʼn verbinding genaamd ellagieksuur wat klaarblyklik selveranderings wat
tot kanker kan lei, help voorkom. Ellagieksuur is ʼn kragtige antioksidant. Aarbeie en braambessies gee in hierdie stel die kushou. Vlierbessies bevat groot hoeveelhede onoplosbare vesel wat ongelooflik absorberend is, en los ook hardlywigheid op. Die appelliefie se naam herinner baie sterk aan die bynaam “liefdesappel” wat deur die Spanjaarde gegee is aan die tamatie. Hulle het beweer dat tamaties wellus kan prikkel. Hierdie bessie is vroeg reeds deur die setlaars van die Kaap van Goeie Hoop geplant voor 1807 en vandaar die naam “cape gooseberry”. Braambessies is die mooiste swart bessie wat wonders doen vir Aambeie. Dit bevat verbindings genaamd proantosianidiene wat die wande van haarvate en are help versterk en hulle minder geneig maak om onder drukking te rek. Aarbei seisoen is kort maar soet. Bessies van die aarde. Die saadagtige deeltjies aan die buitekant van die aarbei is piepklein vruggies, elk met ʼn saadtjie daarbinne. Daar is meer as twintig verskillende spesies wereldwyd. Vir miljoene ʼn teken van Wimbeldon tennis. Wimbeldon vir my, ʼn uitsien na lemoene en biltong, Ouma Ancois se wolkombers en warm sjokolade. Die Framboos is n heerlike vroegsomersvrug wat groei aan ʼn struik met lang stele. Die blommetjies van die vruggies is wit. Die algemene kleur van die vruggies
is rooi, pers of swart, maar party soorte kan selfs geel of wit wees. Die bessie naam is ook gebruik in die bekende engelse term “blowing a Raspberry” wat gebruik is in Britse komedie om te verwys na iets wat onaanvaarbaar is vir n beleefde gehoor. Die Bloubessie groei ook aan ʼn struikagtige plant. Die Bessie het ook deel aan die groep “superkos”. Dit het n positiewe uitwerking op mense met cholesterol. Bloubessies het ʼn goeie uitwerking op pasiënte met geheueverlies en depressie. Dit verlaag die risiko van kanker en inflammasie. Jy kan selfs met bloubessies ʼn knertsie maak. Die aalbessie is soos meeste bessies hoog in vitamiene C. Baie goed vir kanker pasiënte, cholesterol, inflammasie en verhoed ook hardlywigheid. Die Britte is gek ook aalbessie konfyt en jellie, en die Franse verkies aalbessie likeur. Rooibosbessie het wetenskaplike goedkeuring verwerf vir die rol wat dit speel om blaasinfeksies te verlig. Die bessies help om jou gesond te hou deur meer flavonoiȅde tot jou dieet by te voeg. Bessies word al hoe meer deel van ons lewe. ʼn God gegewe wondermiddel in die post moderne tyd.
