Ages 8-14 come and have fun playing with art materials on Wednesdays 4.30-6.00pm at Spring Creek Community House. Professional Artist and Teacher, Denise Walker will explore different media with a small group experimenting with pencils, graphite, charcoal, ink and pastels. Move, Groove and Sing!: Wednesdays 9.30-10am for 0-5 yrs - Packed full of fun and energetic action songs and activities to get your little ones singing, moving and grooving! Accredited Training Certificate IV in Leisure & Health CHC 43415 This qualification reflects the role of workers participating in the design, implementation and evaluation of leisure, health activities and programs for clients in one or more sector areas. Workers may be in residential facilities and/or in community agencies and day centres, completing specialised tasks and functions in relation to leisure and health. While workers are responsible for their own outputs, work is carried out under direct or indirect supervision within defined organisation guidelines. Diploma of Early Education and Care CHC50113 This qualification reflects the role of early childhood educators who are responsible for designing and implementing curriculum in early childhood education and care services. Health & Lifestyle Stage Stars This new program from Spring Creek Community House is for young people (teens to twenties) wanting to develop their singing and performance skills for solo and group work, covering primarily the Pop and Musical Theatre styles. Singing technique, harmony work for chorus and backing vocals and appropriate presentation skills will be covered. Opportunity for solo performances and feedback in class.
