ach cottage unit in five cents of land with studio apartment like eco friendly permanent structures under green protocol in 800 sq.ft. shall be sold to investing purchasers along with an undivided share equivalent to two cents covering the land with structures provided for library, conference and meditation hall, Spa, Water Bodies and Garden Area for Destination Events etc.

The allotment and construction of the unit cottages shall be done by the Managing Director of the company in his personnel capacity and sale deeds shall be registered in favour of the purchasers by him as he is the owner of the land at present. On registration of the plot and cottage unit, in favour of the purchaser or during the construction stage after allotment, the purchasers are free to buy the equity shares of the company at a price fixed by the company from time to time.
Immediately after the registration of the plot and cottage, the purchaser of the cottage unit will have to enter into a lease agreement with the company for a minimum period of twenty years against guaranteed lease income in addition to the dividend from the profit of the company.
