Generative Scooper AI designed Ice cream scooper
Ice Cream Scooper designed using Generative Design software.
The same technology which is also intensively used in automotive and motorsports domains to produce high performance parts and light weight design concepts.
Generative design helped me to explore variable structural options of the Ice cream scooper which was based on different parameters such as load to scoop ice cream, material and manufacturing parameters.
After completing the CAD design, I 3d printed the concept using ABS and PLA material to test the accuracy of load conditions provided to the software in order to produce the design prototypes using additive manufacturing.
