We believe this will provide them with a more realistic educational experience and will increase the development of their individual skills and employability.

As part of this process we are adapting and developing our restaurant operations. The Deli CafĂŠ will be run exclusively by Level 1 students with PL1 operating in peer groups of mixed level abilities, replicating the requirements of industry. Our food is themed around a specific set of kitchen skills and seasonal produce. Our students will be preparing the finest fresh, seasonal ingredients, many of which are freshly picked from the College allotment or herb garden. Through sustainability we will be able to offer customers a fantastic choice of mouthwatering dishes on a daily basis. Whichever day of the week you join us, you will always find something you will love on our menus.
