Lunch Operations 2023-2024 School Year
Saint Joseph Academy families,
We are excited to welcome students back to campus on August 11th for a new school year. For the 2023-2024 school year, SJA will continue to manage the lunch operations internally, and will continue its “Meal Plan” option for families Here’s how it will work:
LUNCH OPTIONS
BRING YOUR OWN LUNCH SJA MEAL PLAN
• Students bring their own lunch to school each day
• Microwaves will not be available.
• As always, food deliveries or drop-offs WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. This includes lunches dropped off by parents/family members, restaurant delivery, Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.
• Parents can choose to participate in the meal plan by signing up online (link below).
• You only need to sign-up once for the Meal Plan and you’ll remain in it all year.
• There are NO partial or daily Meal Plan options.
• You can cancel your participation in the Meal Plan at any time and it will take effect on the 1st of the next month.
• The meal plan includes daily lunch according to the pre-published menu which will be published every 6-8 weeks. All lunches come with bottled water
• Monthly Meal Plan costs will be billed with monthly tuition depending on number of school days that month ($7.00 meal)
Lunch costs willnotbe refunded should a student choose not to take lunch or is absent (unless an extended absence of more than 5 consecutive days). You can cancel your particpation from the meal plan at any time by contacting the Finance Office before the 1st of any month.
To sign your student(s) up for the Meal plan, use the link that was sent with this letter or you can find it on our website under “Parents” tab. The deadline to sign up for the Meal Plan is Friday, August 11th at 5pm. Please see the attached menu for the start of the school year.
