C HRISTMAS JPROGRAM
Christmas celebration at school this ye~r was done in a manner which we think will develop into tradition. The plan was originated by the student council and approved by the student body. It consisted of skits by each elementary grade and a Christmas play, "Kings of Judea," presented by the upper school. This was followed by a banquet in the cafeteria and a faculty skit. At the close of the evening, there was a candlelight service in the chapel with Christmas music furnished by the chorus. Student committees were in charge of the different aspects of the program. All agreed that it was a big success.
St. Martin's Mothers' Club sponsors an annual Book Week. Funds raised by the sale of books are given to our library to purchase additional reading material. It is a chance for students and parents alike to choose books for gifts and their own personal use, while helping to build up our library.
