59 TheSchoolreservestherighttorefusetocarryaPrepSchoolCoachUser whoisnotcollectedfromwithin10minutesofthearrivaloftheircoachorwho isnotwaitingattheirembarkationstopwhenthecoacharrivesonmorethan 3occasionsinanacademicyear Parentsshouldputinplaceback-up arrangementssothatanotheradultcanmeetaCoachUseriftheyareunable todoso

510 Ifyourchildleavesthecoachunsureofwheretheyare,neitherthedriver northecoachoperatorisresponsibleforthem Pleasenoteadrivercannot holdapupilonboardiftheyinsistondisembarkingbutwillcontacttheSchool immediatelyiftheyhaveanyconcerns Intheeventthatnoparentorguardian iswaitingtocollectaPrepSchoolchildatadisembarkationpointthecoach companywillimmediatelycontacttheSchoolandtheSchoolwilltryand contacttheparenttoarrangeforthechildtobecollected IftheSchoolis unabletocontactaparentorguardianthechildwillreturntotheSchool wheretheywillbelookedafterbyanappropriatememberofstaffuntilthey arecollected

111 OurliabilityundertheseTermsandConditionsshallbelimitedtotheamountpaidbyyouforCoachservicesoverthelast12months Nothinginthese TermsandConditionsaffectorlimityourrightsunderEnglishlaw,orwillexcludeorlimitourliabilityfordeathorpersonalinjuryresultingfromour negligence
