We cannot do cash refunds. On occasions of a sold out screening we can try to re-sell unwanted tickets for £1 admin fee per ticket. £1 transaction fee is charged for online bookings. During these screenings low lights are left on and the volume of the soundtrack is reduced. Audiences are free to move around or take a break during the film.
