Since my first encounter with a 1999 Mustang, a flame ignited within me, and I have since been captivated by the power, elegance, and unmistakable roar of these iconic American muscle cars. Owning a 1999 model was just the beginning of an exhilarating journey that would shape my passion for Mustangs. From there, I eventually transitioned to a Race Red 2018 GT350, relishing every moment of that flat plane crank V8.

However, my devotion to the Mustang lineage didn’t stop there. Recently, I made a bold leap and upgraded to a 2021 CFTP GT500, embodying the pinnacle of Ford Performance engineering. This automotive masterpiece boasts an awe-inspiring 760 horsepower supercharged engine. The fusion of power, precision, and design in the GT500 leaves an indelible mark on my heart, as it represents the epitome of Mustang’s evolution.

If you asked me if I thought I’d be writing an article for STANG Magazine for my car this time last year I would’ve said no. If you asked me if I would be writing it about a different car than the 2005 Roush Mustang I had I would’ve said hell no. I loved that car but acquiring this one reinvigorated my passion for car shows and events!

To enhance my Mustang’s allure and protect its pristine condition, I’ve invested in various modifications. A full PPF film shields the body from potential blemishes, while the ceramic coating amplifies its gloss and resilience. Carbon fiber side splitters and front wickers not only enhance the car’s aerodynamics but also infuse a touch of aggressive sophistication. The SPE carbon fiber intake unlocks 40 additional horsepower, further elevating the car’s performance. Painted rad bar, Shelby dress-up parts, tinted windows, and a carbon fiber center console. And to capture every breathtaking moment on the road, I’ve equipped my Mustang with a Blackvue dashcam, preserving memories and providing an added layer of security.

I met Daniel Ramey at a Beltway Mustang show and won my spot with STANG Magazine in their Carlisle Ford Nationals display. Needless to say I wasn’t sure what to expect being that I didn’t know the people attending and was going by myself.

The STANG Mag family welcomed me in from the very start and made me feel like one of their own!
