CRUELLA– 2010 ROUSH 427R (STAGE 3) & 2007 GT CONVERTIBLE

Over the years I’ve had quite a few Mustangs. I’ve always enjoyed them and I knew one day that I would share this hobby with my children. My daughter Ashley Rose was the first New Year’s baby in 1986 and over the years I’ve taught her all I know. She was driving and working on Mustangs with me before she could even crawl. We purchased our 2010 Stage 3 Roush 427R on February 19th, 2022 on what was the anniversary of my father’s death and would normally be a time to mourn, but we made it into a happy occasion to remember.

I was five years old in 1968 when my father and I saw a beautiful red Mustang GT Fastback and I told my dad one day I will have a Mustang and he said well you better start saving now son. So I did. I worked on my dad’s farm and at his store and saved every penny I made. At 14 years old I bought my first Mustang, a 72 Mach 1 at the junkyard for 500 dollars. I managed to get it home safely without any brakes and tried to hide it from my mother in the back yard. She clearly saw it, but it was the start to my Mustang obsession.

My daughter and I fell in love with this car instantly and she named her Cruella. We’ve taken the Roush to many car shows during our first summer with her and she even brought home first in her class at the 47th annual Shelby American Nationals in Indianapolis! For 2010 they produced 19 that are Stage 3 and the black/red color combo. We are proud to be one of those 19. I bought my daughter her Torch Red 2007 Mustang GT Convertible in the fall of 2022.
