Associate Director jrotunno@stanjohnsonco.com John Rotunno is an Associate Director in Stan Johnson Company’s New York office. He assists clients in the disposition, acquisition, and capitalization of net lease properties throughout the United States. His extensive business experience and credible relationships have earned him a strong reputation with his clients that include real estate management firms, institutional investors, developers, and private investors. Since joining the firm in 2013, he has been involved in transactions totaling in excess of $250 million. Given his extensive corporate experience, he focuses on office, industrial, retail and sale leaseback opportunities. He was recognized as Stan Johnson Company’s “Most Improved Player” in 2013 for contributing the highest year-over-year sales growth in the firm’s history. In 2014, he was recognized for closing the firm’s most significant transaction. In 2015, he was recognized for being the best new team launch for his production contribution. In addition, he has been the recipient of the firm’s Core Value Awards for Integrity and Professionalism. Rotunno has been successful helping clients in the public and private sector industries including consumer goods, retail, distribution, manufacturing and technology services, achieve measurable business results through successful investment strategies. Prior to joining Stan Johnson Company, he was a general manager at Hewlett-Packard Company where he managed corporate accounts including Lockheed Martin, the U.S. Postal Service, and PepsiCo. Prior to that, he spent 15 years at IBM in various leadership roles including managing a net lease portfolio of over 30 properties.
Peter Paladino
Associate ppaladino@stanjohnsonco.com Peter Paladino is an Associate in Stan Johnson Company’s New York office. He joined the firm in February 2016 as an investment sales broker specializing in the acquisition and disposition of industrial, office and retail net lease assets. Paladino provides market research, investment analysis and brokerage services relying heavily on his experience in commercial real estate advising clients on financial investment and legal matters. He has aided in the closing of transactions in excess of $100 million. Before joining the team at Stan Johnson Company, Paladino worked in Washington D.C. for an affiliate of American Realty Capital performing investment and credit analysis for institutional investors on various sectors of commercial real estate assets. Paladino also worked as a management consultant for the financial services industry at U.S. Bancorp where he performed commercial real estate investment analysis. He holds a Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law and Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University. Paladino is a licensed attorney in the states of New York and Pennsylvania.
