Director cbyerly@stanjohnsonco.com Chad Byerly is a Director at Stan Johnson Company and has been part of the Tulsa Corporate office since 2007. His team focuses on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant retail transactions. Over the past ten years, Byerly has closed in excess of $400 million in total transactional volume across the country. With his experience in accounting and finance, Byerly provides his clients with broad-based financial expertise to meet the buyer’s net lease goals in the retail commercial real estate segment. Byerly contributes his success to his attention to detail and being able to build very loyal client relationships along the way. These relationships have helped him among high net worth individuals, developers and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT). A certified public accountant, Byerly earned his accounting degree from The University of Central Oklahoma. He is an active member of ICSC and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the states of Oklahoma and Kansas.

Phillip Butts

Associate pbutts@stanjohnsonco.com While focusing on detailed research, underwriting, transaction management and deal prospecting, Phillip Butts assists buyers and sellers in the acquisition and sales of singletenant retail properties. Butts joined Stan Johnson Company as an Analyst in 2014, and he has closed nearly fifty deals totaling over $125 million working as a member of the team led by Chad Byerly. Preceding his time at Stan Johnson Company, Butts worked as a legal intern for Fifteen Fifteen LTD, a local Tulsa law firm. Additionally, he gained invaluable market experience working at Porthaven Partners as a financial analyst and Marcus & Millichap as a junior investment sales broker.
