The trends we saw in Q4 of 2022 have continued into the first month of 2023. Days on market are increasing as buyer demand has slowed slightly with rising interest rates and inflation However, our market is still very desirable, reflected by the fact that we simply are not seeing prices drop. The median sale price and price per square foot are both up 14% over January 2022, and we’re still seeing listings come available, up 59% over the start of last year.
