Market stats for the beginning of 2025 are trending in line with the end of 2024 – which ended with a total sales volume of $966M and a median price sold of $1.095M, This first month continues to show buyers interest in the market , with 26 homes sold, an 18% increase from this time 2024. The median sales price is $943K and median price per square foot is $758. Inventory remains steady with 181 active listings and 85 pending . Homes continue to move, with median days on market at 32, down 3% since last year. As we hit the peak of our winter season, out-of-town visitors are exploring the market and view homes in preparation for the upcoming buying season.
