While it’s still early in the year to see trends in our market, we’re seeing listings stay on the market a bit longer than the average of last year, now on the market for more than a month typically. Prices are remaining strong in our desirable area, at a 10% increase in price per SF as compared to the start of 2022, but while we’re seeing more active listings now than the beginning of last year, volume is currently down year over year.
