STEAMBOAT’S RESIDENTIAL SALES BAROMETER
As we head into the new year, growth in the Steamboat market continues to be the trend. The price per sq ft continues to climb to $810, while median sales price has increased by 26% –reaching $1.3M. Median days on market have been steadily increasing each month, and compared to last year rose 118% to 24 days. The number of listings sold rose by 1% , contributing to a 13% increase in overall sales volume , standing at $974 million. Headed into 2025, we expect to see a continued balancing in prices with a steadying of days on market , fostering a market that is competitive for both buyers and sellers.
