CLARICE AND BRETT
Stott Shots Photography
February Sixteenth Seventh Mountain Resort On a brignt sunny day in mid February, staged in front of the stone fireplace in the Broken Top room of Seventh Mountain Resort, Clarice and Bret exchanged vows. The traditional formal attire was brought to life by the infusion of vibrant scarlet bridesmaid dresses. The basic monochromatic statement presented by the attire and white on white flowers was punctuated by the simplistic addition of natural wood accessories, candles, glitter accented pine cones and fabric wall washes of twinkling lights. To complete the family setting, the groom’s best pooch pal, “Jager” was decked out in his own formal, white collar and bow tie. Following the dining, friends, family and guests alike celebrated the joyous occasion by rockin the nigtht away to the wee hours of the morning.

HEIDI AND JARED Michelle Cross Photography September Third Rock Springs Ranch Under a natural wooden arch adorned with flowing hop branches, on a glorious fall afternoon in late October, Heidi and Jared were joined in matrimony. Amid the towering Ponderosa pines of Rock Spring Ranch, the casual yet elegant celebration was dominated by the colors and theme of the ranch setting. Simplistic blossoms of sky blue, yellow and white in the bouquets and floral arrangements were accentuated by natural draping hop stems. To further enhance the ranch theme, tables were set family style and adorned with cosmopolitan, checkered-like runners of blue and white. Striped bridesmaid dresses of vintage yellow and white made a powerful impact in contrast to the monochromatic tones of the fall grass and foliage.

JENNIFER AND NATE Dee Mountain Photography August Seventeenth McMenamins Pub On a gorgeous afternoon in mid August, Jennifer and Nate exchanged vows in the tuscan-esque courtyard of McMenamins Pub in Bend. The earthy simplicity of the setting combined with the brilliant sunshine set the stage for a magical celebration. The natural summer shades of green in the trees, vines and foliage of the setting provided dynamic contrast to the vibrant tones of coral and purple in the decorations and flowers. The bold color scheme was further accentuated in the rich purple of the bridesmaids dresses and ties of the groomsmen. Along with an elegant array of culinary delights offered, guests were further satisfied by the artistically masterful and delectably wonderful wedding cake.

June Fifteenth Brasada Ranch The rustic simplicity of this multicultural wedding was magnified by the serene, natural beauty of the Brasada Ranch location. Gorgeous billowy clouds above the western mountianscape of the Cascade range created a breathtaking backdrop for the ceremony. The formality of the traditional black and white apparel was augmented with the infusion of soft, mint green sashes on the bridesmaids dresses and black converse sneakers on the guys. To honor the brides heritage, a traditional tea ceremony was incorporated into the reception. The unique entrance of the groom and minister on horseback further enhanced the casual ranch atmosphere.

One of the most memorable events in every woman’s life is her wedding day. In most every case, a vision of that day has emerged in her memory through a plethora of experiences, stories, dreams and childhood fantasies. The most dominant of those images is her appearance. Brides have a way of exemplifying all the most attractive aspects of natural beauty. Maybe it’s the sterility of the white dress that commands our eyes to move directly to her face and smile. Some believe it’s the simplicity and lack of overt color that forces our attention to the radiant countenance of “the blushing bride.” No matter what the reason, the outcome is the same. We cannot help but stare adoringly at this vision of loveliness. It’s for this reason that brides put so much time and effort into their own personal look for their wedding day. They are without a doubt the center of attention and want to look their absolute best! Though beauty is natural, here are a few basic suggestions that can assist you to look and feel your best on your special day. • Create and maintain a healthy diet. This means finding out what foods work and don’t work for you. We are unfortunately bombarded in our society with fat rich foods that challenge our health and well being. Finding your balance is the key. • Exercise regularly. Though gyms and health clubs provide all the necessary programs and equipment to assist you in monitoring and maintaining your physique, you can also trade in the elevator for the stairs or walk to lunch. Any exercise will assist in reducing stress. Celebrations Wedding & Event Resource Guide | www.centraloregonevents.net
• If you plan to change your hair color, do so months in advance to ensure it’s exactly what you are looking for. • When choosing a wedding dress and accessories consult professionals. A dress fitter can assist you with styles that suit your body type and in the long run, save you time and money. • . If you are looking for bit of a glow, consider consulting a professional at your local tanning salon. Make sure to implement the process gradually

No matter what the event, time has a way of eroding our mental capacity to accurately recall all the specific and unique aspects of any occasion. Whether young or old, we still only capture that which is directly in front of us and attempt to log those positive images in our memory banks for safe keeping and instant review. Unfortunately, unless you came here from the Starship Enterprise, it is virtually impossible to be in two places at the same time. That means if you are rocking the night away on the dance floor, it’s going to be quite difficult for you to also be at the dessert table when uncle Al falls face first into the wedding cake. So how can you beat the odds and experience the overall ecstasy of a genuine Spock, “mindmeld?” The answer is quite simple. Hire a professional videographer. They are most adept at capturing all the emotions, actions and spontaneous happenings that define your event. Experienced professionals, are experienced in the nuptial process and typically anticipate dynamic moments and tender exchanges. Moreover, they usually capture your event utilizing more than one camera. This allows for multiple camera angles of specific happenings and assists in producing a professional and creative finished product.... not to mention that priceless out-take after uncle Al’s icing diving episode.

Wedding Apparel
Nothing is too over the top or outrageous!
It’s no surprise that the first thing a newly engaged bride thinks of looking for is the perfect wedding dress. It’s a unique female “right of passage.” I believe the thoughts start gelling immediately after her first exposure to the “Cinderella Story.” From that moment on, the dreams of a horse drawn carriage, long flowing, shimmering, white dress and a fairy tale prince charming begin. Don’t lie! You’ve had those dreams! As we grow older, the dreams persist. However, the details of the entire event become more mature and realistic. They reach their pinnacle right at the moment that perfect guy “pops the question.” OH BOY! Now the fun begins! Now it’s time to get your posse together and start the quest to find the perfect dress to match your dream. Where do you begin? The first thing to do is to define your personal wedding palette! Colors. Textures. Styles. Personal favorites! One of the best places to begin this search is with available media. Magazines, movies, web searches as well as real life fairy tales can help you to better define what you’re looking for. Without a doubt you have vivid memories of weddings you attended over the years. In each case, there were details that caught your attention and caused you to store them in your “LIKES” database. Now is the time to review those impressive gems and see how they fit with your vision. These are just the first of many teasers to stoke your personal juices and help get you inspired. So when thinking about your look, what is the first image that pops into your head? How about an “all white” wedding or a vintage style with oodles of lace and antique heirlooms. Maybe you are a bit more frivolous and outgoing and more attracted to bold colors and powerful visual statements.
No matter what the choices, they should reflect every aspect of your personality. It’s the details that make the difference. Whether simplistic or bodacious in style, contrasting elements of color and texture will always lift a look into a higher dimension and draw attention. This can be most easily accomplished through the use of unique accessories that complement your core attire. Nothing is too over the top! This is your celebration and should be an expression of your personal joy. Consequently, if cowboy boots are more natural to you than six inch stilettos, incorporate them into the ensemble. One of the easiest ways to jump start a look is with color. As you might have noticed... everything pops against pure white! The simplest fuchsia sash can elevate a wedding dress from vintage to vavoom! Don’t be afraid to push the envelop with bold contrasts. It can be extremely dynamic and visually most exciting. If your personality says, “bold and brash,” look for HOT colors like fuchsia, turquoise or lime green. If your style is more subtle and subdude, consider SOFT pastels like sage, lilac or peach. continued on page 14 Dee Mountain Photography

the Ladies...
Fashion and Shoes reign supreme Color accents can be dominant or submissive. They can also work to visually unify the entire wedding party ensemble. While the women showcase the chosen accent in their dress colors or bouquets, the men’s ensemble can incorporate the same color in a vest, tie or boutonniere. If pizazz is what you are looking for, consider bold colored shoes, sandals, shawls, hats or parasols. The simplest accessory item in the right setting can invigorate the overall visual impression and even define the atmosphere. Women are born with a powerful sense of self defined by feeling and emotion. Consequently, their perception of appearance is much more personal. Fashion is a necessary adjunct of their overall appearance. It’s a tool to showcase their natural beauty. These notions are totally foreign to the male brain. For the guys, style is not as important as comfort and personal expression. To begin with, most guys are more at ease in jeans and flip-flops than they are in tuxes and patent leather shoes. It’s not that a man’s perception of style completely clashes with that of a woman. It’s more that men have a different criteria when it comes to fashion. They still enjoy looking good. However, lets just say, there are fewer requirements for success. This may have something to do with a little thing called, machismo. For that very reason, recent trends in men’s wedding fashion have exhibited bold statements of personal style and expression. The prime areas of focus are in shoes, sox, belts and visual accoutrements. To be more specific, matching boots or sneakers, argyle socks, belt buckles and sunglasses or a combination of all the above have been all the rage. That’s not to say it’s not tasteful! Much the contrary. The looks are extremely playful while being very stylish and masculine. They also exhibit a certain frivolity that adds a measure of excitement to the overall wedding atmosphere. Without a doubt, the traditional choice of tuxedo with 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6.

a tie, vest or cummerbund still holds the number one spot for wedding apparel choices. However, especially for more casual settings, there has been a huge spike in men choosing a standard tailored suit that complements the wedding scheme. Not only is it a more comfortable solution for most men, it also offers the possibility of becoming a part of the respective men’s active wardrobe. It’s always advantageous to have a stylish suit available for dress situations. This is a great excuse to make that happen. No matter what type of celebration you are planning, simple or sophisticated; traditional or eclectic, the choice of apparel can be a powerful adjunct to your overall wedding scheme. Spend some time talking together to establish aesthetic criteria that feels good to you both. Evaluate all the possibilities carefully and develop your scheme. Most of all, it’s your wedding. Make it personal and make it FUN!

Probably the most visual design element in every modern wedding is the brides bouquet. It not only represents the tone of the entire color scheme, but it also often reflects the personal emotions or whims of it’s bride. The realm of styles, shapes and ingredients for today’s bouquets are as varied as clouds in the sky. The days of solid white roses or orchids defining the bridal arrangement are long gone. Over the past ten years, personal expression has overpowered tradition. Today, bouquets are works of art that incorporate a multitude of colors, shapes and textures. While flowers still dominate the creative landscape, a powerful array of aesthetic elements have also entered the design arena. Feathers, ribbons, succulents, vines, leafy stems, beads, buttons, jewelry and even fabrics have all made their way to the stage. Consequently, when considering the elements in your show stopper, let your imagination run free. You might just create something that not only makes a statement but also may touch a heart! 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6.

Magical moments captured in time

Photography captures tiny snippets in time that stimulate our memories and rejuvenate our souls. With the dawn of the computer age and digital photography, professionals and novices alike were provided with a totally new and incredible array of tools to assist in photographic creation and production. These new tools offer the artist an infinite pallet of creative options that can change simple images into stunning works of art.
However, the true talent still remains in the eye and soul of the photographer. It’s his or her percep-

tion of the emotions present juxtaposed with an astute knowledge of light, color and technology that ultimately produces a finished product that communicates. What’s even more amazing is the fact that all these decisions come together simultaneously and spontaneously in the course of a millisecond! Observing, evaluating, deciding, processing and then capturing a specific, “moment in time,” all done in the blink of an eye. It is a seamless process that is repeated each and every time an artist raises his lens to a subject or object. It is also nothing short of magical! That is why we are so blessed here in Central Oregon to have so many talented and creative photographic professionals. Year after year, they have provided us with stunning images that have captured glorious moments from weddings and events they have had the pleasure to shoot. Without a doubt, they have consistently opened our eyes to emotions and natural settings that have tapped our soul and touched our hearts. It’s this kind of Magic that makes their talent so valuable. Photographs can catapult us to places that allow us to revisit special pieces of our lives. They are true “time capsules” that are at our disposal. It is our hope that through the eyes of your photographer, you will experience the same joy and wonder of emotions captured from you and your cherished family and guests.

Locations
So many choices! So many different settings and atmospheres!
Pete Erickson Photography
Considering there are approximately 1500 weddings staged in Central Oregon each year, one of the most critical decisions to make in planning your event is to select a location. From pristine, high desert landscapes, ranches and private homes to elegant resorts and event facilities, there is an appropriate local setting to complement just about any idea or dream imaginable. There is no doubt that we on the high desert are blessed with a landscape that is abounding in magical sites. Not to mention the wealth of dynamic resorts, golf facilities, classic hotels, conventions facilities and private homes. The choices are quite daunting. However, the prime locations are all in high demand, especially during the summer months. This means, the early bird gets the LOCATION! The biggest question to address is where to begin your search? Having a basic idea of the tone of your wedding or event is key at this juncture. As most folks already know, due to our extremely gorgeous, sun-filled summers most of the celebrations from May through September tend to revolve around outside locations. That’s not to say we are not blessed with a wide variety of

Considering the diversity of possibilities, it is most critical to visit each potential choice to evaluate all it’s pro’s and con’s. Document all elements carefully and keep in mind the logistical complications of remote sites. Transportation, power, light, food preparation and

Dramatic landscapes around every corner! It’s easy to see why Central Oregon is a mecca for weddings and events. From rolling rivers and placid lakes to majestic mountains and lava flows, the scope of sites and settings for events is second to none. This infinite realm of possibilities can also make choosing the right location for your celebration a bit daunting. Seasons make a big difference
We in Central Oregon are blessed with four clearly defined seasons. Though each is individually magnificent and rich with flora, fauna, color, and textures, they are also uniquely different and require some consideration when selecting locations for weddings or events. Considering our warmest temperatures each year are from May-August, summers

are the high season for most weddings. That is not to say we don’t have good weather the remaining 9 months. Statistically, Central Oregon has over 300 days of sun each year. That means Spring, Fall and Winter are also going to have gorgeous, bright days, The main consideration will obviously be temperature. March, April & May typically are filled with sunlit days and temperatures between 50-70 degrees. Many local sites have outdoor facilities, tents or portable structures as well as heaters. However, if they don’t, rentals are available locally. Mild temperatures between 60-80 are typical in the Fall months. This makes for a pleasant atmosphere coupled with the fiery autumn colors. Lastly, we cannot exclude the simplistic beauty of Winter. It’s icy elegance provides an exciting opportunity to accentuate the opposites and celebrate in the sophisticated warmth of one of our many local resort or event facilities.

Written by: Dave Wilkins, Endorsed Entertainment Director– Star Productions DJ’s
If you could have the perfect wedding reception entertainment, what would it look like?
Do you envision an evening of high energy, dancing and laughter? Is there someone responsible for keeping things moving and making sure all the elements happen when scheduled? Is someone responsible for music content and song selection? Is someone designated to announce and organize the cake cutting, garter toss and first dance? If any of these questions strike a nerve, then you might be looking for more than just an average DJ. You might consider a professional who is adept at music, motivation, diplomacy, stress management, scheduling, organizing, creating energy and... Oh yes, entertaining and dancing. Just for spice he might even be a bit adept at manipulation. All these characteristics form the foundation for today’s new Professional Music DJ and Event Director. A seasoned professional has the qualifications and experience to make your celebration serene and elegant, or as “rockin” as you desire. The MC’s first responsibility is to define all the necessary requirements for your wedding day and party plan. Far in advance or your wedding day an experienced professional should meet with you to plan your entire reception timetable and song

list based on your personal preferences. A prime responsibility of the DJ is to select music that reflects your personal tastes while still unifying the entire group. Not as easy as it sounds! Certainly not something cousin Phil can do with his IPOD, a microphone and a martini. A professionally trained DJ knows how to incorporate the right music from the ideal genre, at the “right time” to energize the entire room. In short, he is a “Master of Positive Manipulation!” He is part music aficionado.... part psychologist... and part energy mixologist! In a nutshell, an experienced, professional DJ/MC/Event Director can not only improve the success of your wedding reception, but he or she can also reduce the amount of “wedding day”stress for all involved. Remember, talent, experience, professionalism and personality are the key ingredients. So put on your dancing shoes and prepare for a reception you will “NEVER FORGET!

Live Entertainment
The perfect catalyst to create emotion and excitement! Written by: Michael John, National Entertainer, Owner, Stargroup Entertainment & Events
No matter what type of event you are planning, from the simplest cocktail party to the rowdiest wedding reception, live entertainment infuses a spark of energy and excitement that captivates the attention of all in attendance. It’s hard to quantify the value of live versus electronic, but somehow the sound presence of actual instruments along with the skill of qualified musicians or entertainers, just adds to the overall energy and ambiance. The dynamic sound and vibration created by a live drum kit or upright bass combined with the interwoven rhythms of electric guitar, acoustic piano or brass instruments just gets my blood going and my feet wanting to dance. However, energy is not the only reason to incorporate live entertainment into your event, Different atmospheres exude different emotional auras, each reflecting individual and specific styles of music. For more formal environments, there is nothing more romantic than the simplistic elegance of classical music. The ageless and seductive sound of cello and violins is the perfect choice for ceremony music or sophisticated social gatherings. When looking for the perfect choice for a more casual cocktail party or rehearsal dinner, consider jazz or new age music. The melodic cohesion of bass, guitar and piano can create a warm and cosmopolitan backdrop that is perfect for mingling and conversation while not being intrusive. In each case, the tone, timbre and emotion created should be totally reciprocal to your desired needs. Keep in mind, nothing is too outrageous! Most professional entertainers are extremely talented, creative and enthusiastic about new challenges. Once you have decided on the style and character of the entertainment you are looking for, the difficulty arises in how to find the perfect artist to suit your needs. This is where utilizing the experience of a professional entertainment agent

can make the difference. Your time is valuable. An agent has access to an artist roster with professionals in a multitude of genres. Though many entertainers and groups have jumped into the 21st century and established a web presence, in many cases they are still often not easy to find or connect with. Consulting a local agency can make the job much easier and efficient. Not only can you save time, but they may also be able to provide you with options that may better fit your situation and budget. Remember, every successful act is a combination of talent and personality. Whether a 10 piece show band or a solo guitarist, each possesses unique characteristics that make them special and possibly perfect for your situation. Make sure that your needs match their abilities. Are they flexible? Are they seasoned professionals? Does their appearance match your style and aesthetic needs? Can their music bridge age gaps? Don’t be afraid to ask questions. That’s one of the benefits of utilizing an agent. They should be able to have all the answers that satisfy your needs. Moving your reception from average to extraordinary is totally dependant on the ability of all the professionals involved to create energy. When done successfully, your guests will be motivated, engaged and joyful for the experience. Good Hunting!

Decorations
The aesthetic ingredients that define the atmosphere!
1
One of the most vital elements when planning any wedding or event is decorations. Needless to say, the decisions are daunting due to the fact that there are an infinite amount of choices to be made in a broad spectrum of creative categories. Even more frightening is the fact that each element must work together to complement the overall design scheme. Accomplishing this task will require countless hours of thought, discussion and possibly even.... intervention! This is where a professional designer or rental company can come to the rescue. Though they may not show up in “tights and a red cape, their presence can certainly make a difference in your sanity. These individuals have the knowledge and experience to guide you through the process with the least amount of pain and suffering. They

are the ultimate database for products, color selection, furniture, lighting, china, linens, glassware, stem ware, vases and most important, concept development. They have the talent and skill to save you hours of time and a case of Tylenol. Their knowledge and experience is paramount in making your vision a reality. Whether attempting to develop an atmosphere of simplistic elegance or exuberant eclecticism, professionals provide you with the processes and the vendor collaboration that can make the difference between four foot crystal candelabra centerpieces and four inch glass candle mason jars. Keep in mind, having all the ingredients is only half the solution to a successful recipe. Respectively, having selected china, linens, flowers, tables and chairs doesn’t mean your reception will come off without a hitch. Being able to blend all parts together creatively, cohesively in a timely and professional manner to achieve the designed atmosphere is the optimum conclusion. Consequently, select a rental company that is experienced, professional and most of all , feels good to you. Rapport is key. Find someone with whom you are comfortable and confident . The overall success of the product will be directly reciprocal to the confidence you have in them combined with your mutual communication. And most of all.... have fun with it!

Traditions
1
Accentuate heritage, history and faith! Since ancient times, weddings have represented the bond for life created between two individuals
before friends, family and their God or Gods. Though the focus is the same universally, the individual elements of the celebration vary widely. To the surprise of many, today’s modern marriages are an amalgamation of a multitude of cultural and historic components. From the white dress to the wedding rings and the veil to the garter toss; all items have been adapted from history. The ring tradition began in 1477 when Mary of Burgundy was presented a diamond by the Archduke Maximilian of Austria. The wedding veil has evolved dramatically over the centuries. Early Roman brides were married in swathes of brilliant yellow, while Viking queens wore metal skullcaps. Many Japanese brides still wear the traditional white hood or tsuno-kakushi that supposedly hides the horns of jealousy. Unbelieveably, the throwing of the garter was derived from an old English custom called, “flinging the stocking.” Understandably, many traditions are based in ethnicity. The Jewish stomping of the glass symbolizes marriages’ permanence. This action is often followed by the bride and groom being lifted in chairs and carried amongst their adoring guests. Eastern cultures unify families with the traditional, “tea ceremony,” while Hawaiians adorn their bride and groom with floral garlands known as “leis” which symbolize love, respect and a comprehensive welcome. No matter what your ethnic background or spiritual affiliation, traditions harmoniously weave the past with the present. When planning your celebration, investigate old customs, rituals or family traditions. Even better... consider creating new traditions that will crystallize your intentions and project your sentiments forward for the generations to come. “Mazel Tov!”

Desserts When it comes to choosing an appropriate dessert for your wedding reception, much has changed. The days of the single, solid white three layer cake with ornate white piping are long gone. Today’s modern bakers have evolved into creators of sugar sensations that not only challenge your will power, but also excite your senses and often dazzle your eyes! To make your reluctance to indulge more difficult, they have expanded the playing field to include such succulent items as cupcakes, pies, tarts, ice creams, pastries and just about anything that will cause your sweet tooth to go into spasm. So with so many choices, where do you begin? Before you run down to Krispy Kreme for a super-sized order of 200 glazed donuts, there are a few questions you should consider asking. First, what kind of event are your planning. Elegant? Sophisticated? Casual? Eclectic? Each choice will dictate a different approach to the finished dessert menu. After all, long neck beer rarely goes well with chocolate creme brulee! Second, do you or your partner have any personal favor-
Personal choices abound!

ites? If just the thought of carrot cake with a huge dollop of vanilla swiss almond Haagen Daz ice cream causes you to salivate, consider sharing that culinary experience with your family and guests. It’s your day! Don’t be afraid to indulge. The next item to consider is the scope of the reception. Will it be short and sweet, or are you planning a blowout event that will require days of recuperation and a case of NoDoz? If the latter is more what you envision, consider offering a full spread of sweet treats that will appeal to all ages. This will be a welcome sight to the young folks in attendance, as well as those of us older children who have mastered the art of GRAZING! You know exactly what I’m talking about! It’s impossible to consume gallons of liquids without an occasional sweet morsel to complement the process. Hence you might consider including tiny little denizens of dietetic delinquency like... M&M’s, rock candy, mints, truffles, chocolates, hard candy, taffy, fudge, brownies, Reeses or Snickers! Though these items might not be on the prescribed Jenny Craig plan, they are sure to bring smiles to the faces of all in attendance. The most important aspect of this process is to make every choice your own! Each smile produced represents a memory gift that you give to each person in attendance. So be creative and have some fun with it. 8

Catering
Let a professional handle all the details!
When is the last time you went to a social gathering when there was no food available? The answer would be NEVER! “Breaking bread” has been a social event as long as man has been on the earth. Romans greeted their guests with banquets of delicacies and wine. Knights in shining armor feasted with friend and foe customarily as a gesture of good will. Whether popcorn or pâté, no self respecting modern host invites guests to his or her gathering without an appropriate culinary spread to satisfy their cravings. Unfortunately for most folks, preparing a diverse menu for a large group of people can be a most daunting task. Not to mention the fact that it is extremely time consuming and just plain, EXASPERATING! So what’s the best way to provide an appropriate culinary experience for your guests, not break the bank and most important, still have your sanity on the day of your wedding or event? The answer is to hire a professional caterer. They are masters at menu creation, preparation and presentation. Their expertise encompasses the entire experience from the concept to the clean-up. They can make the difference between paranoia and panacea! For most of us average twenty-first century microwavers, the thought of cooking for more than two is a bit frightening... let alone two hundred. How do you get that many frozen pot pies out of 1. genius to bring your wildest ideas to fruition, no matter what your choices, Moreover, they understand the visual implications of food presentation. Color in food stimulates the senses and enhances the overall dining experience. Bright red tomato bruschetta with dollops of soft goat cheese on crisp crustini, looks much more appetizing than a vienna sausage on a toothpick. Keep in mind, always interview more than one caterer before making your decision. Make certain all of your questions have been clearly answered to your satisfaction. Lastly, never contract a caterer without a scheduled tasting. Though it seems impossible, “One man’s Beef Wellington can be another man’s Pigs in a Blanket!” Bon Appetit!

Quite often, due to budget constraints, the very last item considered when planning a wedding or special event is transportation. After all, most everyone today owns their own vehicle. In many cases, more than one! Why waste money on such an extravagant item? 2

The answer is quite simple! Your wedding day is designed to be a once in a lifetime experience. It’s a day overflowing with joy, celebration and romance. It’s also a day that capsulizes personal fantasies and fulfilled dreams. Having your own personal carriage, limo, vintage automobile or group transportation might be the perfect icing on the cake for you, your wedding party and even possibly your guests. Transportation can also enhance your chosen theme or location. For that perfect sophisticated celebration, nothing says class like an elegant stretch limo. If you’re a fan of the open road, put your Harley to use. How about a ranch theme with the wedding party on horseback or a city theme with a party trolley to shuttle you and your entire posse. Nothing is too outrageous! Let your imagination run free. Choose something that will make a personal statement and get you where you want to go with grace and style. No matter what mobile solution fits your fantasy... make it MEMORABLE and MAGICAL!!!!
