Im Auftrag des Thüringer Ministeriums für Wirtschaft, Arbeit und Tourismus entwickelten wir das Konzept für Genius Loci Weimar, ein jährlich stattfindendes Festival für ortsspezifisch entwickelte audiovisuelle Kunst mit dem speziellen Fokus auf (interaktive) Fassaden-, Raum- und Objektprojektionen. Das Festival setzt ganz auf die Verbindung des historischen Geistes Weimars mit der zeitgenössischen Technik des Videomappings und wurde 2012 erstmals durchgeführt.
Genius Loci Weimar is the international festival for multimedia building projections and site specific audiovisual performances. As of 2012 the historic city center of Weimar will be annually illuminated with huge artistic projections that give expression to the facades of the town. Starting 2013 the projection and media artists will be selected in an international competition.
