Meet at MIA at 10.30am for the direct flight KM624 to Milan and transfer by luxury coach to Livigno. Our drive takes us along the magnificent Lake Como, continuing through the vineyards of the Valtellina, past the beautiful Basilica in Tirano, then on to Livigno for your first glimpse of the spectacular mountain views. Check in at our hotel located right in the centre of the village. DAY 2 The first full day is spent exploring the unique charms of Livigno. After breakfast, we have a guided walking tour of Livigno. A very gentle walk with no hills to climb, during which you can admire the towering peaks of Mt.

Mottolino and Mt. Carosello (3000m) on either side of the valley. At a small supplementary cost you can choose to take a cable car ride to the very top for a spectacular 360 degrees view of the mountains while breathing the cleanest air imaginable. Breath-taking! In the afternoon you can also visit the new Alpine Museum of Livigno (entrance extra). DAY 3 A full day excursion by luxury coach to Switzerland. As part of this day’s itinerary, the famous towns of Davos and Klosters are certain to impress, with ample time for the many sights including an impressive walk around Lake Davos. We also stop along the way for photos at the top of the Flüela pass.

DAY 4 Another full day excursion to the beautiful neighbouring countries of Austria and Switzerland. The drive goes past the beautiful castle of Tarasp and then onto Landeck in Austria with free time for shopping and exploring this Alpine village. We stop to see the submerged village of Curon, where only the church steeple can be seen above the surface of the beautiful Lago di Resia. We then visit the small fortified town ofGlorenz in Switzerland then continue on our way through the Rezia Pass.

the Morteratsch glacier is an unforgettable journey, winding through the mountains, across a glacier and passing magnificent lakes. At Morteratsch, we re-board our coach and continue to Celerina, then on to the world famous St. Moritz, the playground of the rich and famous. After St. Moritz, we drive past the beautiful lakes of Champfèr, Sils and Silvaplana. Take ample photos, as around every corner there is a super, special memory waiting to be captured. DAY 7 A half-day excursion to the nearby town of Bormio, and the chance to explore its

Day 4

Today after breakfast, we visit the village of Molveno before catching the cable car and chair lift (not included) to reach the top of the mountain. After a snack we descend to the cable car on foot and stop at Malga Tovra to see the animals. We then return to the Chalet and then go out for your evening meal at a restaurant in the village of Bolbeno (not included).

A personal message from Mariano Eleonora and I would like to welcome you to our new home in Fiave, situated 30 minutes away from Lake Garda. We have prepared an exciting new programme, touring the area between Lake Garda and the Brenta Dolomites, known as the Adamello Brenta Natural Park, which we are sure will give you wonderful memories that will last forever.

Day 3 After Breakfast we visit the city of Trento. One can admire its beauties while strolling around the city-centre’s alleys, enjoying shopping or visiting the city’s museums such as the Buonconsiglio Castle. Time to have a snack in one of the many bars / restaurants at Trento. On the way back to the Chalet, we stop to take some photos of Lake Cavedine before proceeding to visit the medieval castle of Drena where we will accompany those who wish to, up the tower with its 116 steps overlooking the Sarca Valley (entrance fee not included). Afterwards we return to the Chalet with time to rest and change before having your evening meal at a restaurant nearby (included).

Today, after breakfast, we visit the picturesque village of Pinzolo from where we then proceed to see the magnificent Cascate Nardis. Time for a walk along the river and for a snack or light meal at Refuge Nardis before returning to the Chalet. Late afternoon we leave for Riva del Garda with time for some shopping and to visit the old historical centre before having your evening meal (not included) in one of the many restaurants of your choice. Day 5 Sunday After breakfast, those wishing to attend Sunday mass can do so in the village of Fiavè at 10.00am (2 minutes walk from the Chalet). We then pay a visit to the medieval castle of Stenico (entrance not included) stopping to take some photos of the Rio Bianco Waterfall. We then visit the Museo delle Palafitte (entrance not included) in the village of Fiavè - a truly fascinating museum, which gives you an insight into the lives of the people living in this area around 3800-3600BC. We also visit La Torbiera, a UNESCO Heritage Site. We then return to the Chalet before your evening meal at a restaurant nearby (included).

Day 6 Today after breakfast we will try our skills at archery on the grounds of the Chalet. We then leave for Lake Tovel, known as the “red lake.” It is the largest natural lake in Trentino. Back to the Chalet and we later have our evening meal at a nearby restaurant (included). Day 7 After breakfast, we visit the Caseificio, a farm at Fiavè where we can observe the production of local cheese and have a guided tour of the farm and where one may buy some good local cheese, salami and speck. We then stop to see the production of local honey, nearby, where

one can also buy good genuine honey and some lovely souvenirs. We then stop at a very small park nearby where deer are bred. We then go to Canale di Tenno, known as one of the “Borghi più Belli d’Italia” (Italy’s most beautiful villages). Return to the Chalet and to try your singing skills during the karaoke, organised at the Chalet. You then go for your evening meal at a nearby restaurant (included).

Today we visit the 1,100 year old medieval town of Brixen also known as Bressanone. We have time to explore its centre with cobbled stones and several shops. Time for lunch (extra) and afterwards free time in the largest shopping complex in Bolzano centre. After we go to visit the local museum in Sarentino and also have some free time in the centre of Sarentino.

Adequate time to hear morning mass at the Sarentino parish church. This will be followed by a visit to the San Martino mountain area, a popular skiing area which will be in full summer splendour, where we will take a cable car, walk within this natural park and savour the typical mountain scenario. Late afternoon transfer to our hotel in time for dinner.

DAY 4 We head to the outskirts of Bolzano to catch the Renon- Ritten train and afterwards the cable car to admire the spectacular views of the surrounding area. DAY 5 Today we will explore the surrounding area of Sarentino, where we will be visiting the picturesque lake at Durnholz and its tranquil village. We visit a distillery close to Sarentino which produces Pino Mugo Oil which has many healing properties and which is made from pine trees in the area. We also see the way the local Schnapps is produced. We go for lunch (extra) where fresh trout is bred. The restaurant also offers many other dining options. In the afternoon we visit a woodcarver’s workshop and see how the wooden articles are produced.

September group | During the September group we will attend the Sarner Kirchtag, the local festival in the area. There will be many activities for one-and-a-half days, with an Oktoberfest-like atmosphere combined with lots of traditional and local costumes. The festival will be held on Day 2 and 3 of the tour, and in order to attend this festival, the September program will be amended slightly and the visit to the oil distillery and to the woodcarver which is included in the July program will be excluded. DAY 6 Today’s tour will take us to Merano, a spa village with many wonderful sights. In the past this town was a popular place of residence for several scientists, writers and artists, including Franz Kafka, Ezra Pound and Paul Lazarsfeld, who were attracted to its mild climate and beautiful setting. DAY 1 We meet at Malta International Airport at 4:15am to board the direct AirMalta flight KM308 to Munich airport. Our private coach will take us to Wagrain, with a stop at the famous Chiemsee Lake. On arrival at Wagrain we have enough time to settle in to our hotel and have our evening meal.

DAY 2 We spend a day in the immediate vicinity of Wagrain. We go up the cable car (entrance extra) with free time to explore the top of the Grafenberg mountain. There is also a park for children at the top of the mountain. In the afternoon we visit Jagersee, a picturesque, small natural unspoilt lake situated 30 minutes away from Wagrain, which is really popular with the locals and we have time to explore it.

In the late afternoon a short drive takes us back to Wagrain where we have time to go round this typical alpine village and also browse in some of the shops. DAY 3 On this day we will be passing by some of the most beautiful lakes in this area. We will also be visiting the town of St. Wolfgang with its beautiful surrounding lake which is framed by the gently rolling pre-alpine hills. Explore St. Wolfgang, enjoy the spectacular views while strolling along its streets. In the afternoon we visit the beautiful gardens and Palace of Hellbrunn with an optional guided tour (entrance extra) of the trick fountains (not open in April). DAY 4 On this day we visit and spend a day in Salzburg

with its chic shops and streets as well as the several places of interest. These include Mozart’s birthplace, the Salzburg Cathedral, the Getreidegasse Street, the Alter Market Square and an optional cable ride to the Hohensalzburg Fortress. DAY 5 We start our day by driving towards Berchtesgaden which was founded in the 12th century, but from where salt was mined way back in prehistoric times. We enjoy a detailed tour of the salt mines (entrance extra) which includes a ride on the underground train, followed by a sound and light show about the history of the mine, a descent to the lower galleries via a wooden slide and a trip across the underground lake on a wooden raft. For those not wishing to visit the mine, we will be accompanying them to the centre of this typical Alpine town with its beautifully restored buildings and many shops. Afterwards we drive towards the cleanest lake in Germany, Lake Konigsee, where one may also take an optional boat ride (extra) on this beautiful lake towards the famous chapel of St. Bartholomew.

Bavaria in Germany with a touch of Austria 6-13 September

DAY 1

We meet at MIA at 6:15am to board our direct Airmalta flight KM306 to Munich. Our private coach will take us on a scenic drive from Germany to Austria where we stop for lunch along the way. We arrive for check-in at our 4-star Hotel Schoenruh which is situated in the village centre of Ehrwald.

Today we visit Innsbruck, the capital of the Tirol, with its pretty shops and historical buildings, including the famous Golden Roof. We depart in the early afternoon towards the small town of Seefeld, which occupies a large sunny plateau near Innsbruck. Seefeld is a smart resort with elegant shops along a wide promenade and boasts a variety of attractions. We return to our hotel in Ehrwald for dinner.

DAY 2

The first morning is spent in Ehrwald. We will go up the Ehrwald mountain by cable car (extra cost) with free time to explore the mountain. The views from here are really breath taking. In the afternoon we will drive to the nearby Fishersee on Lake Plansee where we can enjoy a casual stroll alongside the lake, before returning to our hotel for dinner.

DAY 4 Today we drive a short way to Oberammergau which occupies a wide valley surrounded by the mountain peaks of the Ammergauer Alps. The centre is packed with traditional painted houses, woodcarving shops and all those who come here to learn about the town’s

world famous Passion Play. We then visit one of the fairy-tale castles of King Ludwig Linderhof Castle - where we can appreciate the extravagant luxury of the interior decoration as well as the artificial grotto and the surrounding park including the famous Moorish kiosk. We return to our hotel in Ehrwald in time for dinner. DAY 5

DAY 7 Today, our last day, we can relax in the beautiful town of Mittenwald, situated in the valley of the River Isar in the foothill of the Alps. Mittenwald is mostly famous for the manufacture of violins, a trade that can be traced back to the 17th century. We stroll around the village and admire the beautiful frescos on the walls of

several houses. After lunch, we take a chairlift (extra cost) up to the mountain to enjoy the scenary of the Karwendel mountain range. DAY 8 Our early coach departure takes us back to Munich for our Airmalta direct flight KM307 to Malta arriving in Malta at 2:20pm.

Today we visit the beautiful town of Garmisch Partenkirchen near Ehrwald. The villages of Garmish and Partenkirchen were conjoined for the 1936 Winter Olympics, yet each retains its own distinct character. Garmish is more modern and includes a large number of shops, making it very popular with shoppers. Partenkirchen has retained its old-world Apline village vibe. After lunch, we spend some time by the greenish-blue clear waters of the Lake Eibsee, a beautiful lake which is surrounded by wooded mountain slopes.

DAY 6 We start the day by visiting Fussen, a quaint town typical of the area. Plenty of time to explore this town, its shops, cafeterias and other places of interest. After lunch-time, we visit Schloss Neuschwanstein (entrance extra), one of the highlights of any visit to Bavaria. Schloss Neuschwanstein appears through the mountains like a misty mirage and is the world’s most famous castle and the model for Disney’s castle. We will have an English-speaking guide showing us round the beautiful halls and rooms of this fantasy castle.

FRIDAY Corfu Town & Sea lion show Transfer to Corfu port where we will sail with a glass bottom boat. Experience divers will swim surrounded by fish, feed them and show us some of the strangest forms of life in the sea. Sea lions with their trainers perform a unique show. MONDAY Bella Vista We start our tour with a visit to the koum kouat distillery and taste one of the island’s most famous products, the “Koum Kouat” liqueur, made from a koum kouat citrus fruit, a variety of which only grows in Corfu. Then we will visit Paleokastritsa Monastery, which dominates the whole region and it offers a breath-taking view of the island and the sea below. We will drive towards to the famous Bella Vista in Lakones for fantastic photos of beautiful scenery. We than proceed to the village of Sidari is quite known as one of the best tourist resorts in Corfu. We will have the chance to visit the famous Channel of Love (known as Canal d’ Amour) an idyllic area with unique rock formations that form a series of wonderful coves and canals.

TUESDAY BBQ boat trip BBQ boat trip will sail for an hour and a half along the east coast before crossing the Straits of Corfu and arriving at Kalamas on the Greek mainland. We stay at this sandy beach for 2 ½ hours and while waiting for your barbecue lunch you can swim, sunbathe or take part in various water sports (extra). Lunch consists of freshly barbecued chicken or pork (souvlaki), Greek salad, tzatziki (a garlic yoghurt dip), bread, red or white wine, cola and water. After lunch we continue on to the coast of the northern Greece mainland where we anchor in a small bay, with time for swimming and snorkelling. We make our way back to Corfu, passing the port of Igoumenitsa. (Please note, only drinks served with the meal are free.)

WEDNESDAY Paxos & Parga Transfer to Corfu Town where we will catch the boat sailing for Parga (famous tourist resort in Mainland Greece) where we will have time for swimming and to stroll around the narrow streets full of shops restaurants and cafeterias then head towards Paxos island with the crystal waters where we will have also time for swimming and time to wonder around and have lunch (extra) at one of the traditional local tavernas. THURSDAY Swimming in Glyfada The famous Corfu resort of Glyfada, with its Blue Flag beach, is a popular destination for holiday-makers from all over the world. The long, sandy beach, surrounded by spectacular treecovered cliffs, offers a variety of water sports such as water-skiing, jet-skis and pedaloes, and there are sunbeds and umbrellas for hire (extra). The water is shallow which makes Glyfada especially suitable for families with children. (The beach is patrolled by lifeguards.) These Terms and Conditions have been laid out according to international rules to ensure that the agreement between FCm Travel and the client is clear and fair to both parties. These conditions cover every aspect of your holiday, from the moment you book up until the moment you return home. The general conditions clearly spell out our obligations to you and also your commitments to us when you book your holiday with us.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU 1) Your Booking After you have signed the booking form and paid your deposit (€250 per person on any tour, €500 per person on long haul and €350 per person on cruises) and a receipt has been issued, by us, the booking is considered confirmed and it is understood that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. We will reserve your tour. Your booking is considered confirmed also for all other persons that are travelling with you and for whom you have made the booking. The people travelling with you are also considered to have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.

2) Our Price Policy The prices indicated here are those set at the time of publication of the brochure. It is possible that at the time of booking, the actual price of your chosen holiday may have increased from that shown in the brochure. In this case, we reserve the right to make such an increase in price. We guarantee that the price of your tour will not be subject to any type of additional payment, except for the reasons below. Once you have booked your tour and paid your deposit, the price will only change if there is a fluctuation in exchange rates or an increase in taxes or ‘levies’ or an increase in aircraft fuel prices, imposed by the airlines, or any other increase imposed on us that affects the price directly or indirectly, such as city taxes. The taxes include a 3% service charge. During the tour, there is the possibility that an extra payment may need to be made if the Tour Leader deems such a payment necessary, for example: When the coach is required for services not included in the programme. Prices for children are applicable for children under 12 years of age that share with two adults.

3) Our Assurance On Standards, Duties & Our Obligations In order to ensure that the hotels and other relevant accommodation facilities are up to our required standard, we try to physically visit all our accommodation premises that are on offer in our various destinations and packages however, our brochure descriptions are based on the information obtained from hoteliers and other service producers. Hotel rooms and ship cabins are always small (sometimes very small). FCm Travel Solutions only works with hotels that have single or twin/double bedded rooms. Triple or quadruple rooms are normally not available. A third and/or fourth person wishing to share a twin/ two bedded room, will most probably be given either a small extra folding ‘camp bed’, a bunk bed or a sofa bed, which will make accommodation quite uncomfortable. In America and Disneyland Paris, three or four persons wanting to share a room will always be given just two double beds (single beds for each person will not be available). It is international policy that upon check-in rooms are given 3.00pm and that check-out from rooms has to take place by 9.00am. When two people book a room for two, FCm Travel Solutions reserves the right to provide two single beds or a double bed. The bathrooms and also showers may also be very small. Not all hotels we work with have air-conditioners and in such cases a fan will not be provided, unless otherwise stated in the programme. This also applies to the coaches we use, unless otherwise stated. FCm Travel Solutions is not responsible for anything that happens to a client outside of the hotel and for any services not offered directly by the hotel where the client is staying. FCm Travel Solutions is also not responsible for any theft that may occur in the Hotel or the coach and that is why we insist on an adequate insurance cover. Breakfast is only provided when specified and when provided is always continental unless specified. Lunches and dinners are always served on three courses. No choice of food will be provided, neither changes can be accepted, for example, having meat instead of fish. Portions are moderate (although sometimes they can be small) in size. When buffet meals are provided, a choice is available. During dinner, any drinks ordered, including water and soft drinks, are always to be paid for separately, this is international practice. The use of the mini-bar and telephone, when available, are to be paid by the client. There could also be an extra charge for the use of ‘pay’ television in the room, imposed by the hotel. Please confirm this with the Tour Leader. In the event you do not confirm or ask the Tour Leader, FCm Travel Solutions will not be responsible for refunding any extra costs for services

not included in the programme. Unless otherwise specified, entrance fees to museums, shows, boat or train trips, and the use of cable cars are charged separately. Excursions (visits to places of interest) that are listed as ‘optional’ are charged separately and unless otherwise stated, these cover the cost of the coach transfer, while entrance fees are charged separately and no local guides will be provided. The prices are clearly listed in the price box on the programme. Only items listed in the section ‘Included in Price’ are in fact already paid for. Please note that the brochure is published many months before and therefore there may be times when an advertised facility or entertainment is not available during your particular tour, especially if it is not high season. Bad weather, essential maintenance or cleaning, lack of support or demand, may all affect the actual availability of particular activities or facilities; so, for instance, can such things as local licensing laws, religious or local holidays, or local authority or government restrictions. Similarly, touring itineraries may have to be changed sometimes at short notice, due to weather, road or traffic conditions, mechanical breakdowns, police activity etc. Coaches are not air-conditioned (except when clearly specified on a programme) and do not have onboard functional toilet facilities. Swimming pools may only be heated in colder weather and the general standard of hygiene, public utilities, drainage, plumbing and services in general may not be the same standards as in Malta. Each group tour is normally escorted by either a Maltese speaking tour leader who will be responsible for the implementation of the programme. The tour leader is under no circumstance responsible to carry out work (unless for emergency), over and above the official programme and is not obliged to accompany members of the group around shops, flea markets or theme parks. As a responsible company, we feel it is important to mention these possibilities, although they are very rare. If you have a particular problem, please inform your tour leader in writing at the time, so that, if possible, it can be dealt with there and then. Having said all this, we want to give the following assurance about our liability to you:- We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that proper arrangements have been made for all the holidays which are advertised in this brochure. You will appreciate, however, that we have no direct control over the provision of services to you by suppliers. FCm Travel Solutions is not responsible if any activities are cancelled due to adverse weather, strikes or the indisposition of the protagonist or any other circumstance that is not in our direct or indirect control. other consequences that arise from such delays. In the case of “Charters”, the departure times are subject to change due to changes in ‘clearance’ by foreign airports. In this case, FCm Travel Solutions is not responsible for the change.

4) Special Requests Any special requests, such as rooms next to each other, rooms with sea/ lake view (supplements may apply), special meal requests etc. cannot be guaranteed by us. We will, however, pass on your request to the hotel. The confirmation will only be know upon arrival.

5) If We Change Your Holiday Arrangements Before The Departure Date We plan our holidays to give you the maximum enjoyment. Although it is unlikely, we may occasionally have to change your holiday arrangements and we reserve the right to do so any time. For instance, flight timings may change, a hotel may close down or be overbooked, we may have to amend an itinerary, or sales of that holiday may not reach the level which would be economical for us to operate. If we have to make any changes, we will inform you or your Travel Agent as soon as is reasonably possible before departure.

After Your Holiday Has Commenced Occasionally, it may be necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances, to change a hotel or some other part of your holiday arrangement after your holiday has commenced, in which event we will do our best to maintain the overall standard of the holiday arrangements.

If We Cancel Your Holiday Arrangements We may occasionally have to cancel your holiday arrangements. For instance, sales of that holiday may not reach a level that would be economical for us to operate. This cancellation is made at the discretion of FCm Travel Solutions. We reserve the right, in any circumstances, to cancel your holiday and, in this event, we will return to you all the money you have paid us or will offer you an alternative holiday to purchase, of comparable standard, if available. In the unlikely event we have to cancel your trip, (unless for reasons beyond our control, i.e. industrial action, natural disasters, terrorist activities, breakdown of aircraft or ship etc.), FCm Travel Solutions will refund you all money paid for the cost of your holiday plus, the following amounts as compensation (per person):Notification more than 15 days before departure – nil Notification between 8-14 days – €25 Notification between 0-7 days – €50

Your Flight Details of the airline/s we intend to utilize for the package you have booked are shown in the programme. The choice of airline is exclusively at the discretion of FCm Travel Solutions. The right is reserved to substitute alternative airlines and/or aircraft if necessary. Flight timings are subject to confirmation and some changes. Our reservation system will show the latest timings as advised to us. Please check your flight tickets as soon as you receive them, as they will show the final timing for your flights. Some flights may have intermediate stops en-route and as factors affecting this are not always known before departure date, we cannot always notify you in advance. Flights are subject to the granting of permits and licenses by authorities both in Malta and overseas. In the event of your flight arrangements being changed or cancelled, as outlined in this section and sections 4 and 5, we accept no liability for extra costs or consequential loss arising, directly or indirectly, from independent contract arrangements between the client and a third party. FCm Travel Solutions is not responsible for the service given by the airline, before, after and during the flight.

Conditions Of Carriage Transport of any kind is subject to the conditions of carriage of the company providing that trip. These conditions are likely to embody the provision of the law of the country of the company concerned or are likely to be subject to international conventions with government (s), any of which may limit or exclude the liability of the carrier (airline, coach, ship etc).

Health Health facilities, hygiene and risk of disease vary worldwide. It is your responsibility to check if you are healthy enough to travel. In the event you fall ill, FCm Travel Solutions is not responsible under any circumstance, although the Tour Leader will try his/her very best to offer assistance. You must take all necessary advice regarding your health and specific requirements, and also any inoculations you may need depending on the country you are going to travel to as soon as possible, to ensure as early as possible that any medication, such as Malaria pill, can be taken within the stipulated time (this varies and could be necessary months prior to departure) in order for such treatment to be effective on the departure date. Our advise is that you contact your doctor or that you get in touch with the Floriana Immunisation Centre on 21250492.

Force Majeure The tour programmes as described can be changed due to reasons of Force Majeure like technical faults on planes/ships/coaches/hotels, strikes,

wars, closure of ports, quarantines etc.. In such case neither Plus Holidays nor the owners of the ship/plane/coaches/ hotels are held responsible.

YOUR COMMITMENT TO US 1) Booking Form and Deposits Your completed booking form showing all clients’ names, as specified in your passport, must be accompanied by the appropriate deposit. No deposit is payable for infants under two years of age at the time of outbound travel. The person signing the booking form confirms that s/he has the authority of all other persons mentioned on that form to make the booking on their behalf and that s/he has already accepted the general conditions. If you are booking a ‘late offer’ holiday, any information and conditions issued in conjunction with that offer are also part of your contract. If in doubt you should check with your travel agent.

2) Balance of Payment The balance due, must be settled up to eight (8) weeks prior to departure for land tours and twelve (12) weeks for cruise tours or immediately in the event you have booked within 8 weeks from departure. If you book from a travel agent, ensure payment is made to the agent within reasonable time so that the agent can make payment to us in time. If for some reason we would not have received your payment in time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and impose a cancellation fee, as this cancellation will be according to paragraph four (4). If you pay for a tour to a travel agent, this agent will keep the above mentioned money as our agent from the time you pay him until the agent pays us. Payments should ideally be made by “Personal Cheques” and are only accepted up to 15 days before the departure dates (this is to ensure that there is enough time to clear any cheques in the event there should be a problem). As a norm, we do not accept credit card payments, but if we do, we will have to charge you an administrative fee of 2% over the amount to be paid.

3) If You Change Your Booking Should you wish to change your holiday arrangements in any way, we will try our best to meet your wishes to the best of our ability. A handling fee for any such change to your booking within six (6) weeks of departure date will be levied., then we reserve the right to pass on any additional costs incurred over and above the standard handling fee above, already charged. Where the price varies depending on the number of persons booked into the accommodation and you wish to change that number of persons, the price will be recharged on the basis of the new party size as shown on the brochure. Any increase in the price per person, payable as a result of a part cancellation (eg: for a hotel room under-occupancy,

changing from twin room to single room) is not a cancellation charge. A separate cancellation charge will be levied in respect of bookings cancelled in accordance with paragraph four (4) below. Names submitted to FCm Travel Solutions, at time of booking, need to be congruent with the passenger’s passport. FCm Travel Solutions reserves the right to pass on the service charge of €50 per person for name changes after the booking is confirmed.

4) If You Cancel Your Reservation A cancellation can only be accepted in writing, by either the client who signed the booking form or by the Travel Agent, through whom the booking was made. The cancellation will be valid from the date it is received at our offices. All types of travel insurance are supposed to cover “cancellations” and for this reason we require that such travel insurance is purchased prior to travel. The insurance is to make good for any expenses incurred by the client who has to cancel their trip. Obviously, as in any other insurance, certain terms and conditions are applicable. In the event the client has not purchased insurance, FCm Travel Solutions can only refund the balance that we have not yet paid or are obliged to pay to any other Third Party. In case of cruises, no refunds are given back in case of cancellations due to the fact that these are committed.

5) Your Responsibilties a) It is your responsibility to ensure that you and those for whom you are booking are in possession of valid passport and any appropriate visas. Be sure to check passport and visa requirements with your Travel Agent, well in advance, particularly if you are a non-Maltese passport holder. You are responsible for any charges, fines etc. that may be levied by authorities in Malta or overseas for non-compliance of regulations in this area and any such amounts will be recharged to you. b) Similarly, it is your responsibility to check with your doctor as to what vaccinations or inoculations are advisable for your chosen destination. c)

Airline/Seas regulations state that women 28 weeks or more into pregnancy, at the time of return travel, must have a medical certificate of fitness to travel.

d) You must be responsible for a reasonable standard of behaviour by yourself and by those for whom you have booked. We reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a client if their behaviour is, in our opinion, or in the opinion of the airline pilot, ship captain, hotelier or accommodation

owner or manager or other person in authority, likely to cause distress, danger, damage or annoyance to other customers, employees and to other people or to property. You understand that we shall be under no liability to pay any refund or compensation to, or costs incurred by, any person whose behaviour is thus unacceptable. e) It is your duty to purchase Travel Insurance. We provide this service, although you are under no obligation to purchase such cover from us. It is important that you buy insurance cover; in fact you will not be allowed to travel if you are not insured. f) All children travelling on a reduced price holiday must not have reached their 12th birthday on day of travel. Our staff are not obliged to check passports to verify dates of birth. If a child has reached his/her 12th birthday and was declared as a child on the booking form, the airline will refuse boarding to the child with all the relevant consequences for which FCm Travel Solutions cannot be held responsible. g) We welcome senior citizens and point out that insurance companies impose special conditions for clients over 70. Please check with your insurance company and travel advisor to ensure that the level of activity is suitable. h) It is your responsibility to ensure that you carry a European Health insurance card for travel within EU countries.

6) If You Have A Complaint We do our best to give you an enjoyable, trouble-free holiday, but occasionally even the best laid plans can go wrong. If you have a problem or complaint relating to the overseas part of your holiday, you must advise in writing our tour leader, representative or agent in your resort at the earliest opportunity, in order that it may be investigated and we have the opportunity to resolve the matter on the spot. In addition, you must notify us in writing within seven (7) days from your return. Because of the difficulties of investigating a complaint too long after the event, we will not accept liability in respect of claims received after the seven (7) day period, and/or which have not been reported in writing to the Tour Leader during the holiday. In this case, it will be assumed that the client will have renounced the right to take any legal action against FCm Travel Solutions regarding their holiday. We shall strive to address your complaint to your satisfaction but should you disagree with our conclusions, you can lodge an appeal to the MCCAA, in line with your rights as a passenger. Whoever books a holiday with FCm Travel Solutions is considered to have read the conditions and has accepted them without any reservations.
