Now , I cannot say that the topic w as totally for eign to m e, because as a child, I had an aunt w ho w as a stickler for cr eating and keeping a "budget" In fact, looking back, I know it w as no accident that my Aunt r epeatedly talked to m e and my sister about "having a budget" and "spending m oney w isely".
