CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS

OPPOSITE PAGE: Large events can be held
on the expansive green space courtyard. When it is time to dine, we satisfy. Numerous dining options are available — from hearty to gourmet — at exceptional value.
— Sara Patkin, Governor’s Conference on Public Health
“What keeps us coming back to the Scheman Building? Everything! The staff goes above and beyond typical conference expectations. And the location in central Iowa is perfect for our statewide attendees, allowing for a one day, drive-in conference. The Scheman Building is a large enough facility to grow our conference, yet offers meeting rooms to accommodate a smaller group. It is not an overwhelming facility. Last, but certainly not least, is the food. Whether plated or buffet-style, the food is always well-prepared and attendees always give it rave reviews. The service before, during and after the conference, is always amazing. I can’t see us using another venue after being spoiled by the staff at the Iowa State Center.” —Debra FitzGerald, Senior Consultant, Client Outreach Iowa ACT State Organization Council Liaison, ACT Midwest Region
