Individual Programs A variety of our personal trainers have developed individual programs that are geared towards a client’s specific needs or interests. Small Group Training A few of our trainers have produced small group training programs as well. These bootcamp-like workouts provide a sense of community and bring multiple clients together with similar interests and goals. Aquatics Some of our trainers specialize in aquatics and have developed their training sessions to take place in the lap pool or therapeutic pool. These training sessions are perfect for those who endure joint or muscle pain, are currently in rehab recovery or just enjoy being in the water. Group Fitness Abs & Glutes This class targets your abs and glutes for 30 minutes. Arthritis/Fibromalgia This class is designed for people diagnosed with Fibromyalgia or arthritis. This class concentrates on flexibility, range of motion, pain relief, and social support. It takes place in the Warm Therapy Pool. Supplemental oxygen is allowed in the pool area. *Jets may be turned off during class. (Also available for seniors) Cycle This class is an hour and a half of intense cycling. Our tranquil yet invigorating five-lane, 25-meter indoor lap pool is great for individual swims or group fitness classes. We offer one of a diverse list of aqua training options, including a variety of classes from Aqua Aerobics, Preand Postnatal Water Exercise, Wave Runners, as well as water arthritis exercise also designed for those diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Group swimming lessons for children and adults alike are also offered. Surrounded by a wall of fulllength windows, you’ll want to jump right in! Our warm-water therapy pool is where you’re sure to relax away your cares in a constant 92 degrees. Got an ache? Aim one of the 10 highpressure jets on the spot that hurts and get instant relief. Gentle Aqua Formerly known as Arthritis/Fibromyalgia. The class takes place in the Warm Therapy Pool and is a gentle workout perfect for those affected by arthritis, fibromyalgia, joint replacement, pain, or anyone simply looking to increase their range of motion, flexibility, posture or make new friends. (50 min) Aqua Fitness Blast Formerly known as Shallow H2O Cardio. This highintensity class challenges your aerobic endurance and core strength. Celebration Healthy Kids

Keeping Your Child Active & Engaged in a Safe, Caring and Fun Environment At the Celebration Fitness Centre & Day Spa we offer childcare in the convenience of our own facility. Whether you are visiting for a Day Spa appointment, working on your fitness needs or just stopping in for a Celebration Health doctors appointment; we have the staff and services to make sure your child is well taken care of. Along with general childcare, the Celebration Healthy Kids staff is committed to keeping your child active and engaged with a variety of activities. Celebration Healthy Kids Members will receive two hours of childcare services per day. For the comfort and health of your child(ren), stays of longer than 2 hours are not recommended.

These events are usually fee-based and require payment during registration. Please be aware that during Parent’s Night Out we close down the rest of childcare from 4-8pm to focus on coordinating the events. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Past themed events displayed below.

For Florida Hospital employees who need to come into the hospital for a staff meeting, the childcare team is also available to supervise your child at those times. Be sure to call ahead for availability prior to drop off and make sure to review pricing guidelines.

Night Out events. The second Friday of every month from September to June, we select themes for the children to enjoy while their parents enjoy time together outside of the Fitness Centre. Registration is always promoted ahead of time in order to give enough notice for scheduling purposes.

A Variety of Fitness Opportunities 50+ Adults For those who need special assistance with equipment as well as low impact exercises, we are able to offer a variety of opportunities for our senior clients. From pool classes to specialized personal training, we are here to help you stay active and healthy. Post Rehabilitation The Celebration Fitness Centre offers a multitude of opportunities for clients to adjust back into a fitness routine while continuing their recuperation. With exercise physiologists on staff and personal trainers available to answer questions, there will always be someone near to assist you in your time of need.
