Congratulations for having the slight thought of applying for this role. For me AIESEC has always been the one place where I can test the waters, explore new grounds, challenge myself through things I’m incapable of naturally. And by doing this we contribute to a greater cause of building a better world through developing leadership in young people This responsibility we owe to our local communities and the world at large. This is not just another role or a portfolio, this is an experience. So simple and short it is one where with all consciousness we demonstrate integrity (a core Value that drives our actions), and ultimately ensure nothing less than excellence across our LCs This is once again not just about the lives we are indebted to, they ones we promised to give live changing experiences through our cross cultural learning platform, but also our membership which is our first customer. We must with all sense of urgency decide in our hearts and with our actions to ensure that the reason for our existence (peace and fulfilment of human kind potential) is achieved through exchange and all our operations across all Levels. Our focus this year is on delivering spotless and high quality experiences to our customers. This is in no way an easy assignment but then again we must never forget this ‘‘We are shaped daily by the challenges we face’’. ACTIVITIES
DESCRIPTION
Consultancy
Offer high quality consultancy and prevention activities to all of the Local Committees, EPs and Interns. Make National Network aware of the current state of LCs as regards Standards.
Case Solving
Ensure that every case received by ECB is solved and followed up the fastest and the most efficient way possible (considering what XPP and provided valid proofs by both sides state). Ensure that everybody leaves the solved case in peace (everything should be clear, reasonable and providing next steps or steps for improvement)
Auditing
Make National Network aware of current state of the LCs regards Standards fulfillment in every LC and analyze possible risks in this field.
ECB Responsibilities 1.
Lead the team of Case Solving towards providing a high quality Case Solving experience:

Ensure Team Minimums implementation for productive work of your team members.

Lead the team of Consultancy and preventing towards providing a high quality Consulting experience.

Answer all the messages and inquiries in 48h, all the consultancies should be grounded by XPP.
5.
Answer all the messages received by Entity Control Board Email (or reviewed on your tracking system Create a methodology of Virtual and Physical Audits which can bring the most relevant and representative insight about the standards level in the entity;
