This team would have 3 managers from the 3 regions in AIESEC Nigeria. They are West: Lagos, Ife, Ibadan, Ilorin and Abeokuta. South-East: Benin, Enugu, PortHarcourt and Calabar. North: Benue, Jos, Kano, Abuja and Zaria.
Fully responsible for creating and managing quality XPs for EPs Manage GIP and GCDP EPs experience. Be available and functional at OPS, Large EPs reviews, LCs trainings and conferences, Regional meetings, MC coaching meetings. This role is focused on just raising EPs for the MC. As a sales manager, you are expected to know the in and out of exchange. Having an exchange XP is an advantage. You have to be very flexible and very reliable. You should love travelling as this role demands that you travel to various tertiary institutions to sell OGX. You would participate with the MCVP on any external events and off peak raising campaign. You would also responsible for raising partnerships with youth organizations, NGOs, companies, schools. Etc. Living in Lagos or close would be an added advantage.
Individual & General EP raising In charge of selling OGX as a product to youth organizations, NYSC camps and firms interested in youths development. Responsible for creating partnerships with the government on exchanges. Working directly with the MCVP and Expansion managers to create exchange centers Responsible for organizing an Internship (GCDP & GIP) fair. Responsible for attending Job fairs. You would be responsible for managing the EPs from the region that you apply for. Also, when expansions occurs in your region, you would be working with the expansion manager on delivering a quality XP to the EPs. For the Expansion Managers, we would have 3 regions. Job Description
The team is responsible for market research and segmentation as well as product development for clients. They would also be responsible for booklet and proposal preparation, scheduling and attending sales meeting and following the deals through before handing over to the Experience, tracking and delivery team. Lastly, the team is responsible for IPS for EPs upon arrival.
The TN managers in the team are responsible for raising, matching and realizing EPs for TN takers within the stipulated time frame. They would be in charge of promoting opportunities with the use of search tools, social media and posters created by them but approved by the MC. The experience manager would be responsible for activities such as intern pick-ups, taking quarterly feedbacks from both EP and TN, intern welfare, welcome and send-forth packages.
This individual would be solely responsible with government interactions and partnerships for iGIP purposes. Primary goals would include getting partnerships and endorsements with the Ministries of Internal and External Affairs as well as the Nigerian immigration service; amongst many others. He or she would also be responsible for Visa support services to the EPs in collaboration with the experience team.
This individual is responsible for education members on sales and EXPA as well as giving them all the support they need to deliver on their monthly quotas. He or She in collaboration with the MCVP would be responsible to track their monthly quotas as well as improve on lagging LCs. Lastly, he or she would recommend strategies to improve in LC delivery and inclusion as well as suggest methods of reward and recognition.
Applicants must be fresh graduates or serving within Lagos and Abuja most preferably or at least has plans to relocate and live within these regions during the term. Should have had previous EB experience. In cases of otherwise, a buoyant sales experience or background would suffice.
TN manager roles are open to anyone (except current LCEBs) with decent EXPA knowledge, social media skills and graphic designing. Both locals and internationals can apply. Experience manger role is open to anyone. Lagos or Abuja based residents would be preferable.

The NLTMU is a team that supports AIESEC Nigeria in driving the National Talent Management Subsystem with focus on the entire experience from new member, to exchange participant and on to alumnus.

The NLTMU is a virtual team which consists of people from all over the National network. The role of this team is to support the MCVPTM & OD and AIESEC Nationally to achieve our goals in Talent management. The NLTMU is successful if National TM strategies are put into action on local level. Therefore the team has to ensure that they support the network with easy-to-use tools and help the LCs deliver more in TM by making use of the resources available to them. It involves the support in the management of the processes that are used in the organization to enhance competencies development, motivation, and leadership of members as well as to manage our human capital.
