NORTH Canal – A haven crafted to enjoy the good life Site North Canal is in the ideal location for high end residential accommodation. A Reputation of Achievement – hvs credentials The Development of the World Provide a highest-and-best use study for the development of the four Indian Islands on the World development, Dubai, UAE. Developed by Al Nakheel Properties, the World is a high-profile one-ofa-kind project which projects a mercator of the world through the excavation of 300 islands. HVS were also commissioned to recommend facilities for the entire development across the four Indian islands. Overall the project was a great success. Our facility recommendations included an entertainment complex, extensive activities for children to cater for large Indian families. These included a wildlife theme park and a kids’ club and wave pool.
