TWO NEW VARIANTS FOR 2020 JEEP COMPASS RANGE Jeep Australia has added the entry-level Night Eagle and the upper-grade S-Limited to the 2020 Compass line-up. The Limited and Trailhawk variants continue, which gives the Compass line-up a price point from $36,950 to $49,450. The Night Eagle features dynamic exterior accents including 18-inch black painted alloy wheels and black chrome appointments. The all-new S-Limited model features 19-inch satin granite crystal metallic wheels, granite crystal exterior accents, a dual-pane panoramic sunroof and painted black roof. Interior highlights include black leather seats paired with a black headliner and anodized gun metal interior accents.
USA-MARKET NISSAN ROGUE PREVIEWS AUSTRALIAN-BOUND X-TRAIL Nissan USA has unveiled the new fourth generation X-Trail which is marketed as the Rogue in the North American markets. It will go on sale in the USA in the third quarter of this year but its arrival in Australia remains unconfirmed, but this is expected to be in late 2021 or early 2022. The 2021 Rogue adopts signature Nissan design elements such as the floating roof and an evolved V-motion grille. It adds new features such as the unique headlight shape and “U-shape” bodyside highlights. Nissan USA says the all-new Rogue offers a “Family hub” interior with features such as four-door intelligent key and trizone climate control. The Rogue has an all-new platform with a range of driver assistance features. In the North American market it will offer features such as ProPILOT Assist with Navi-link, Nissan Safety Shield 360, wireless charging and wireless Apple CarPlay Australian pricing and specification is yet to be confirmed.
