Rehearsal for the Christmas Pageant on Sunday, December 18 at 10:15 AM 3:00-3:30 Setting up our Elf party! 3:30-5:30 ELF!!!!!! 5:30-6:15 Eat like an Elf--spaghetti dinner with candy corn on the side. 6:15 A Charlie Brown Christmas and some carols 7:00 Everyone picked up (Please be sure to join us Sunday, December 18 for worship at 9:00 or 11:00 and the pageant at 10:00!) Midweek Advent Worship 6:30 pm December 14 Join us for the glow of candlelight and gentle music of Holden Evening Prayer. Following the service, TLC will provide warm beverages and tasty treats


This year’s Children’s Christmas Pageant is called “A Story of Love" Mark your calendar for Sunday, December 18 at 10:10 AM in the Sparks Fellowship Hall. Please plan to join us for the following Sundays for planning and presentation: Saturday, December 17 at 2:00 pm —Rehearsal for the Christmas Pageant with Elf party to follow Sunday, December 18— Christmas Pageant with refreshments Mission Trip to Guatemala to visit our friends from ILAG! Interest and Information Meeting to be held this Sunday, December 18th, at 3:00 pm via ZOOM. WHO: Trip let by: Pastor Stephen Friedrich, Peace Lutheran, Knoxville TN A Few Details… Approximate cost: $1500(depending upon # of participants and airline costs) Max number of guests is 15. Worship, Bible Study, with Pastoral Team, Music with young women from MILAGRO, Spend time at CLAG (ILAG’s elementary school, experience Guatemalan Culture, Visit Lake Atitlan (Mayan beekeeping, cloth making, coffee fields) accompany our brothers and sisters in Christ, and more.

St John’s members are invited and encouraged to attend the Memorial Service... We start in front of VMC at 6:00 and take a candle light walk down to the Bridge and back to SJLC.
