August 6 | starting at 9AM We need your help to prepare for students to return to campus in the Fall. We will be providing lunch for all volunteers and tasks for the day include gardening, litter pick-up, and cleaning inside and outside of the building! Volunteers are encouraged to bring work gloves and gardening tools. If you have questions, reach out to Caitlynne at tysonhouseadm@gmail.com or call us at 865-637-2031.
All the Parents out there deserve a lovely date night, so just scan the provided QR code to sign up your child up for Parents' Night Out, Kids' Night In! We have great adult supervision, with teens to help give
individual attention to your little one. We’ll have play time, dinner, a movie, and music. Just sign up to reserve a space, let us know about your little one(s), and we’ll see you on the 29th. Please bring a blanket, a pillow, and a stuffed animal in case they get sleepy; we’ll take great care of them while you go out. Just promise to pick them up by 9:30PM!

"Brothers Engaged in Enriching Relationships (B.E.E.R) is planning to meet on Tuesday, July 26th at 6pm at Schultz Brau. In case people are unaware, Schultz Brau has food as well, so even if folks aren't interested in alcoholic offerings there are things to enjoy! These summer meetings won't be as topic-driven especially since folks may occasionally be traveling and are instead an opportunity for fellowship and fun! [However, if folks would like to discuss a particular topic with the group they should feel free to email B.E.E.R. co-leaders Jordan Baker or Garry Menendez prior to the meeting. BUILDING REPAIR UPDATE The project is behind schedule due to two employees have come down with Covid. The Broadway side is complete as well as the main tower. The small tower is nearly finished and should be done next week. Also next week Wasco will start on the chimney. The total project is 70%-75% complete and the estimated completion 2-3 weeks.
We will have our first First Friday in cooperation with the Folks at Emory Place on August 5th, 2022. We will have an open house and tour the building, we will meet in the Welcome Center and have wine and appetizers for our guests Please plan to join us, it should be fun and then go check out the galleries and the brewery too! We will gather via ZOOM for Tuesday Morning Bible Study Join us Tuesday morning at 8:00 am! The meeting is designed for fellowship and informal bible discussion no preparation or reading ahead -just join us and enjoy community!
