STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2019 - 2021
I am delighted to share with you our Strategic Development Plan 2019-2021. The staff have defined the College’s Core Framework which, along with our aims, is shared with you in this document. The strategic objectives are for Governors and Staff to continually strive to achieve, in order to improve further the excellent quality of educational provision at the College. At the start of each new academic year we will share with you a brief evaluation of our progress. At St Joseph’s we are renowned for our family ethos, which is based on a clear set of foundational values; these underpin the education we provide. Explicit and implicit to our ethos is a firm belief that every child is a unique individual and that each has a distinct set of gifts, strengths, abilities, skills and interests. We want our children to believe in themselves, to have joy in their lives and to be comfortable with who they are. St Joseph’s is a rich and diverse learning community where the individual is celebrated and not moulded to fit the norm – where there is unconditional support, an appreciation of differences and an expectation that all students will achieve. I look forward to working with students, parents, staff and governors as we achieve our ambitious and exciting objectives over the next three years. Danielle Clarke (Mrs) Principal
