Contents include: The Game Development Lifecycle; A Game Development Team; Budgeting, Scheduling and Time Management; Design and Development Documentation and Product Post-mortems. At the end of this unit the student will have acquired the responsibility and autonomy to: — lead a small game studio in the design and development of a video game; — manage the human, time, and money resources needed for a game production; — prepare necessary documentation for a game production.
