JUST LISTED

258 Mathieson Street, Bellbird Welcome to the 9th edition of Stone Property News. In the last edition we reported that the election was over and we had already started to see buyers back out and looking to buy. Well that has certainly been the case as we can report the month of July was particularly busy with 18 sales and August is shaping up as even bigger after a great start to the month. Another promising sign for potential sellers has been the re-emergence of investors attending open homes. This is usually a good indication that our market is rebounding. If you are a first home buyer, now is a great time to buy as you have stamp duty concessions available and the market has levelled out. If buyer inquiry continues to grow this will start to put upward pressure on prices again.
