Amidst the cold weather of this week, Reception and Year 1 practiced their tennis skills in a slightly different way... using balloons. Both year groups had a lot of fun experimenting and exploring the flight of the balloon, practicing different types of shots. We were able to sustain rallies and play competitive matches over a net as the balloon allows for more time to prepare for our shot!

We also welcomed Mr. De Vries, Head of Tennis, into our lessons this week. It was fantastic to have an extra pair of hands, adding expertise, to the children's tennis. we look forward to working with Mr. De Vries throughout term!
