RECEPTION

What an action-packed week in Reception it’s been!

We have been enjoying the warm weather and playing in our outside area whilst we can and the sun is shining.

On Tuesday we went to visit our new Year 1 classrooms and meet our teachers for next year. There were lots of smiles and happy faces when the children came back, and they said they had a lovely time playing in Year 1. The Year 1 teachers looked a little tired though!

Then on Thursday we had our Sports Day. The children looked great in their colourful T- shirts and they all did us proud showing sportsmanship, resilience and at the same time having lots of fun. What a lovely morning!

Finally, RP had their turn at Forest School with Mr Tickle on Friday and learned all about survival in the wild, how to create a fire and den build. Thank you Mr Tickle for your help and tuition , we have learned so much and had an amazing time at Forest School.
