WEEK 3 READING: TITLE OF READING

Question 1: What is Pictorial Space according to Le Corbusier? (Maximum 100 words) According to Le Corbusier, the Pictorial Space cannot be entered or circulated. That is to say, it is an irreparable space which is viewed from an inequality perspective, and therefore always succumbs to the front. The rigid front of all objects comes from a distance, and the combination of the front and the distance can only be combined by the reasoning of knowledge. Le Corbusier combines the separation of knowledge and space roughly by means of rotation.

Question 2: The Flatness of Le Corbusier’s painting’s are attributable to two properties. What are they? And what are these pitted against?(Maximum 100 words) The first one is the chalkiness of his colour, and the second one is the ground of contour. The two are separate and broken. However, it can be combined in the continuity of materials of surface, shapes and texture which can make it easier to identify. However, they can only achieve the desired results by narrow but difficult to correct opposite sides. This is the early mastery of Le Corbusier as a pianist.

WEEK 4 READING: TITLE OF READING Complete your reading before attempting these questions:

Question 1: Explain the difference between Pictoral (in this case perspectival) space and Projection? (Maximum 100 words) Pictorial space is limited in its creation. Because it is limited by the painting material. The perspective is also limited in some space. In contrast to the projection space, in terms of technology, perspective space expresses subjective opinion. It is used to build a view that does not exist. The projection space allows the designer to create a space with infinite possibilities.

Question 2: Where did Axonometric projection first arise, and why? (Maximum 100 words) Axonometric projection originated in ancient visual practice. First used in ancient military development, It is used to describe the “three-dimensional trajectories of artillery projectiles. In the 18th and 19th centuries. Axonometric drawing is used in engineering and construction teaching. In the abstract and instrumental world of technical disciplines, the axonometric projection does not disguise the vision of a map. Instead, it involves the construction and consistency of measurements.

ILLUSTRATED MARIO’S NEW WORLD

This is a landscape with mountains and walls. It should pay more attention that the gap between the mountain and the mountain. In the original picture of Mario World, the distance between mountains is represented by the color depth. On the first floor, there are stairs and ladders to the second floor. In order to connect with my first floor. I designed the ground floor. The ground floor is dominated by water. The addition of the underground layer also makes my Mario world more complete. In the details. I added stairs and ladders to make the objects interconnect. I also added some floating cubes to make the connection between the ground and the ground a little closer.
