Bluebird Care Rochdale reflect on 5 remarkable years

Bluebird Care Rochdale recently celebrated their 5th successful year, having become an integral part of the Rochdale community.

Joint Owner & Director, Beryl Keogh commented: "What a five years it's been! A pandemic, Brexit, and four Prime Ministers hasn’t stopped our growth or search for excellence."

RECOGNITION AND REPUTATION:

Most recently, Bluebird Care Rochdale achieved recognition as a top 20 provider across 1140 providers in the North West on the care review site homecare.co.uk.

Beryl highlighted the importance of this recognition, especially during challenging times: "This is a huge achievement and testament to the quality of service we provide. The site verifies all reviews and only publishes those from actual customers or their families, adding further credibility to our reputation".

TRANSPARENCY AND COLLABORATION:

Bluebird Care Rochdale use an online portal to collaborate with family members of their customers which is proving extremely popular. This approach allows for complete visibility into visit times and care notes, which is crucial for building trust and keeping the customers at the heart of the company. This level of engagement undoubtedly enhances the customers' family peace of mind and reassures them that their loved ones are receiving the best care and the daughter of one customer was even kind enough to create a video review that highlighted this platform.

TEAM WORK:

Focusing on looking after the team has always been a top priority for Bluebird Care Rochdale.

During his visit to their offices to celebrate their 5th anniversary, Mayor of Rochdale, Councillor Mike Holly commented on what an amazing group of people Bluebird Care Rochdale had in their team.

As part of the Mayoral visit and anniversary celebration the owners bought vouchers from local businesses as a thank you to their employees. The team already benefit from the best pay locally and enrolment onto an Employer Assistance Programme where they are able to access resources such as confidential counselling, support and debt advice, providing a boost to staff wellness.

BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS:

The dedication to building relationships throughout the customer journey goes beyond just providing care. Celebrating special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries shows that the see their customers as individuals with unique lives and experiences.
