How do we design for an ever changing environment, turning the space into a starting point for future developments in the South of Rotterdam and creating a new icon along the skyline? We connected the existing warehouses with Erasmus, Codarts and Hogeschool Rotterdam. Mostly the studies who can stand for constructing the revival of the area. In these warehouses small scaled units will be made, together they can form all kinds of spaces. Because of its construction method and location along the river; they can be reassembled any place on earth. The yellow crane becomes the icon for adaptation and flexibility. Imagine the theatre of Rotterdam being in Dublin for a few weeks and later moving to New York. 10
